We've been buying Kleenex brand for years from SAMs Club. The tissues in our last order (with different packaging) were extremely thin 2 ply. They are less durable and require two to accomplish the same thing. Is Sams receiving an inferior quality of the Kleenex brand or s this the new "normal" poor quality of Kleenex in general?

These tissues are soft, strong and absorbant - I have tried to dip into shop own brand tissues before, but have always regretted it and returned to the Kleenex brand due to the high quality. If you or someone you love is unwell, and you need to use a lot of these, then their softness is going to be more important than the price point. The packaging is unobtrusive and attractive enough to have in your living space and the packet is well filled and functional.

Why should there be an "everyday tissue"? Are there others that should only be used every other day? Big mistake getting these. Should have known by the price they would be flimsy and not so soft. Each of the two plies are so thin they barely make one ply. They feel sort of grainy against the skin. I usually order the ultra soft or maybe 3 ply but lately they haven't been as good and they keep lowering the number per box. Think I'll change to a better brand. It's true that you get what you pay for! We use tons of tissues here with allergies etc. These were not anything like any other Kleenex brand I've ever used. When these are gone that's it for me. Gotta be a better choice out there.

We have been using Kleenex for a zillion years and lately have not been happy. We like the upright boxes and there are too many types of Kleenex on the Supermarket shelves and I have a problem remembering which which one I like best. Some are too stiff and others are just right. I dislike the patterns on the boxes and the packets for the purse. You also discontinue packaging I like i.e. the packs for the car.

I work in a school and it’s essential for me to have tissues in my office. Kleenex is the only brand that I will use. The kids and I both use them and they are soft enough to use when you need them continually without tearing up your face. They also last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kleenex ultra soft is great for the runny nose and eyes. It is gentle to use on the face and is hypoallergenic. It is also 3 layers thick so it holds up pretty well. Keep a box in every room for your facial wiping needs. They come in different patterns so that’s a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these facial tissues in exchange for my honest opinion and review. These Kleenex Trusted Care facial tissues are a decent tissue. They are two-ply, on the thin side. They are moderately soft, but nothing too scratchy. I prefer a softer tissue, and one with a lotion for a smoother experience especially if I will be using the tissue frequently. The packaging is very cute and will go nicely in most home decor. There are many tissues in the box ,so you are getting a good value for your purchase. Overall, I think these facial tissues get the job done, but they are just average.

Per the majority of prior reviews here, folks have been complaining about the hideous box designs for more than a year. Why haven’t you made an effort to fix this problem? I too have switched to store and competitor’s brands, not because of the product which is of good quality, but because of the eye-sore clownish garish box designs. You really need to do something about this. If you change your box designs regularly as you claim in your responses to these reviews, we’ll then you are overdue to return to classier designs more appropriate to people’s homes and offices.
