Ok not that the box design is super important but it is nice that it was pretty. The tissues were incredibly soft almost like a lotion is infused but without the damp feeling. I loved my sample and will continue to have a Kleenex home.

I have 4 kids and fall weather is here which means it's time to stock up on cold medicine and tissue. Soft Tissue is always better for their little noses. Some brands fall apart but not Kleenex Ultra Soft. It was thick and durable but baby soft. I was very impressed with the quality and the box is very pretty. The pattern matches my decor great. i've been using Kleenex tissues since i was a kid 50 years ago and i use a lot of them thanks to a runny morning nose. but i'm considering switching brands after the latest package re-design for everyday tissues. the designs and color combos are not appealing and i guarantee they don't fit the decor of most people my age and older including my 78 year old mother who's been a loyal customer even longer. she hates them!

They squash down when you have a lot of stuff on top of them but they don't lose the softness. I recommend to anyone who is constantly cleaning their nose. Mines doesn't get irritated or turn red when using them all day.

I have allergies and use a great many tissues. At 83, I used Kleenex tissues when the color on the box indicated the color of the tissue. I decided to try the Ultra Soft and I am sorry to say, I was terribly disappointed. (I need to put this delicately) The surface of the Ultra Soft tissue is so soft that, unless it is really cold in the room, the snot slides right off the tissue and leaves traces on my nose, think snail trail. There are not enough tissues in the box to accommodate this affliction. Will go back to the regular Kleenex family size, not so ultra. tissues.

After abusing our noses with store brand tissue, we got this baby in the mail!!! We havent been soo excited about tissue ever until we tried it. It was soo soft and did not cause chaffing or dryness! I had to take some and carry it in a ziplock baggie for us for work and school. Suggestion, maybe in the future you can have a flat to go packs?? THANX for this opportunity!!! #KleenexUltraSoft

Been buying the Ultra Soft Doux forever it seems. New boxes are ugly, but more importantly the quality seems not nearly as good as the prior version. While your response to other similar comments indicates that my experience is not typical, the number of people raising this issue seems to indicate my experience is typical of many others. We'll likely be shopping another brand.

I love Kleenex ultra soft facial tissues. I always keep some around the house because I have a toddler who gets allergies as well as occasional colds. Keeping her comfortable is a top priority when she’s sick and with her nose running we’re constantly wiping, these Kleenex are very soft and gentle on her little face which helps avoid her getting raw spots from wiping her nose.

I always bought Puff’s tissues before and I’m always afraid to try something new in case I don’t like it. So getting this allowed me to try it, know I like it, so now I’ll buy this brand too!!

I sued to buy the square boxes of tissues until I found out that the larger boxes actually have 50% more tissues in them.  Kleenex tissues are a good quality and stand up to moisture and tearing.  You might spend less on other brands but the quality is cheaper as well.
