This one is no different. I saw pretty immediate relief after a couple days of use. Definitely did not take the full week of build up. Been going to every other day and still seeing major improvements in my allergies.

Took this as recommended by my ent doctor and soon after starting it I began to feel a very strange pain in my testicles consistently for two or three weeks until I stopped taking Flonase. Be aware of this side effect which is painful and very scary as I thought maybe I was getting testicular cancer or something.

It’s not very strong, it has no “smell”, and my favorite part was no nasty nasal drip. Again, those things I hate may be the things that work better.
