Pills are large but the benefits I've seen in such a short time are worth it! Energy, little to no bloating, stronger nails, and just overall feel good and I like knowing Im getting quality vitamins. Ive tried the gummies and a prescription prenatal from my OB and these outshine them all.

The best prenatal I've ever used, this is the 4th brand that I've used and they tip the others that I've tried They give me lots of energy and no gross aftertaste. Can't beat the price either.

Now I can't speak for how good these vitamins are for pregnant folks (but as one reviewer did mention - they DONT contain DHA) but I tend to suffer from anemia and need to supplement iron. But as you know, too much iron causes constipation. These prenatal multivitamins contain just the right amount to keep me out of the “anemic” range so I don't need to take an iron-specific vitamin, but not so much iron that they cause constipation. I also actually like the smell of the vitamins! They honestly remind me of walking into the garden center of some big-box stores — they smell just like fresh, green plants. No stinky fish smell at all, and no “fish burps” after taking them. The only drawback to them is that they are some of the larger sized pills on the market. But fortunately you only need to take one, unlike some other brands that make smaller tablets.

Many have hightend sense of taste and smell in pregnancy. I absolutely do not recommend it. Tastes yuk.and also don't have DHA in it
