We just saw this bread at Sam's a few days ago and thought we would give it a try. We just made French toast with it and it was phenomenal. Texture and taste all seemed the same as “standard” bread, and we love the fact that it will keep us feeling satiated and full without spiking our blood sugars. We will continue to buy this!! Highly recommend!
