The cheese is not good

This was hands down my favorite cheese for years and I would tell everyone about it (it was especially awesome on our pizza!) but it has definitely changed. Shredded, powdery, and does not taste the same at all. Please bring back the previous formula!!!!!

Sooo disappointed. This along with the fuller fat version were some of the best cheeses around. We bought a bag every other week and have for years. They have now completely changed it. It's dry, caked with all that powder stuff, and no longer good. And there's nothing like the old version really—so I don't know what we'll try to replace with. Concerned for small businesses that relied on this cheese which was once delicious, and now on the low end of the taste/texture rating. If you've used this cheese in the past, know that it's not what it used to be…you can see the difference in the bag. No longer the thick, more off the block texture—now thinner and caked with “stuff” to keep it from sticking I suppose. Hoping they bring back the old one. This was a regular for us.

Downgraded quality: thin and heavily coated with anti-caking agent. Thumbs down Sam'Club! Please bring back the prior quality cheese. It was delicious….new cheese is not! So disappointed!!

After the changes this cheese is awful. So sad because it was my favorite. Will definitely have to switch to something else.

This mozzarella used to be the best. It was shredded thickly and tasted so good. Now it is very thin and ordinary. Extremely disappointed.

Feels like it’s inflated. Not buying it again
