While the pieces are mostly uniform per package they are sometimes hit or miss on the amount of fat. Usually they have a nice ratio though. The price can't be beat and the taste is very good(it's bacon, i mean...) so i always come back to get more.

The bacon is irregular in thickness with very, very little meat
