Great price, great taste, quality once found in butcher shops up north. The problem is they never have it. If you find it, get a package. Best sausage you will find without donating a child, your arm, or opening your own butcher shop.

Always buy this when I’m at Sams. Wish they would make a skinless version of the same thing. A little tough but tastes great.
