This appropriately fennel-forward sausage is a must-have for proper lasagna and a great protein for your next Florentine frittata. This is good sausage at a fair price. My club hasn't had it in stock lately; I'm hoping this is just a minor glitch in the system and not something more permanent. 🤞

Great price, great taste, quality once found in butcher shops up north. The problem is they never have it. If you find it, get a package. Best sausage you will find without donating a child, your arm, or opening your own butcher shop.
