I don't know about the anti-aging properties, but if you get hot flashes or night sweats like me, this pillowcase keeps you cool!! No more sweaty head! That's a huge win in my book! Washes up fine. Will buy more.

Very nice satin pillowcase. I took off 1 star because there is nothing to keep it on the pillow. I am going to stitch or tape velcro to keep it in place. Otherwise it's a great buy!
