I purchased this for med school and it is light weight and easy to use. Great for students on a budget

brought home the laptop . got it all setup . it hadto shut down for updates and never came back on . returned to sams club

Purchased for our 11 year olds birthday. She uses it for school, online games, social media, etc and it works great!!

Very nice and perfect for the majority of white furniture in the guest room. Connected to all available blue tooth linked sound systems around the house/garage.

I bought this computer for my parents and they love it.

I have had this laptop for only 10 months with very light home use and the latest software update will not install. It instructs me to delete any apps I can, delete any files, etc. and I did all of that and there is nothing on this computer now. I even tried using outside storage devices (2 thumb drives & SSD card.) Finally, I was able to download the update -but unable to install the update itself - as it REQUIRES memory space beyond what the device has to offer. Needless to say this laptop is clearly on the outs and going to be worthless in the near future. Why would a device with Windows 10 included not support it's updates? Very disappointed.

Used this laptop for about 1 month for email and light internet. Turned it on yesterday to a black screen that said please install driver software and instructions to visit a hp website to fix the problem. Pulled it up on my tablet and unless you work in the tech industry theres no way a normal person can follow the 30 steps to find, figure out, and then fix the problem. Seriously? I was shocked that this is something they would expect an average consumer to accomplish. The laptop has been returned to sams club and Ill be shopping for a new one now.
