Purchased for when I travel, very good price, compact and easy to set up. I'm in my late seventies and it is just what I needed for when I'm on the road.

Bought this for my daughter who starts High School in the Fall. Gave it to her as an early Birthday gift. She loves it! It’s lightweight and a perfect size. Nice clear screen and I love the white. Definitely worth the buy! What a deal!

I bought this computer for my online classes, it is a good computer, great deal for the price. However, it is not a multitasking computer. I need to run several programs at once and more than 2 tabs open on the web browser but when I do this on the hp it shuts down everything. My email app does not fully load either. It works great for my kids and their homework but not if you require a lot of multitasking.

I bought this about a month ago and it is working great so far. My big complaint is there is too much pre loaded apps or software that you cannot remove so the memory is almost full before you add any programs. I store all my files online, but don't have enough memory to download Microsoft Office.

This is a cute computer that can get basic things done. Awesome that is comes with MS Office for a year. Down side... it doesn't do well as a business computer.

I bought this computer for the price after being an apple user for many years. I have had more problems with this computer in the first month than I did with my apple in 10 years. The initial price is cheaper until you start paying for virus protection and problem solving. I am out of the United States or I would return it.

Bought this package for the free subscription to office 365 for a year. No product code was in box. Call HP and Sam’s with no help. Computer works great. Will return product. If you buy this package, make sure code for office 365 is included.

brought home the laptop . got it all setup . it hadto shut down for updates and never came back on . returned to sams club
