This unit's been doing a good job so far, keeping the floors and walls clean.

This one does okay, but is not as good as our other Dolphin. It only has one roller. It will also raise up and scoot around the bottom of the pool so it’s not picking up anything. It doesn’t get the corners either. I usually have to run it through three cycles before it gets “most” if the debris.

Control panel had to be replaced after 3rd use. Buttons bubbled up and unit was extremely hot (manufacturer customer service was great and replaced quickly) Has had no issues cleaning pool, actually cleans our water line when it cleans the walls. Has no problems cleaning sand out of pool if you use the fine debris filter. Worth the purchase. Was having to manually vacuum for the past 3 years and this has kept everything crystal clear.

Worked as expected. Great on leaves. Had to run it 3 times in a row to get small sandy debris

I have a small free form Pebbletec pool. I cannot recommend the Explorer E20. It scrubbed the walls successfully 2 out of 10 attempts. It wasn’t heavy enough to stay on the wall. It would float off and glide back down. It also slipped around on the floor. On top of the performance failure, it just seemed like very cheap plastic as compared to my old heavy duty Dolphin DX4. Returned immediately.
