I bought this on sale but when I unpacked it the cable that goes from the monitor to the hard drive was missing. I contacted HP and they told me that I would have to return it to Sam's Club. When I got to Sam's the associate told me to just get another computer and they would remove the cable from that box for me. All of the boxes in store were for touch screen monitors and didn't have the cable I needed. I had to go to a computer store and purchase one just to get it to work. Aside from all of that trouble I love my computer.

Nice system to replace my older HP. 27 in. monitor easily connects with the system via hdmi connection. Keyboard is smaller than older model but does what it has to.

I do a lot of video editing, and I bought this computer not sure it would match my needs. But I was pleasantly surprised with my first editing session. It cut the processing down by at least two thirds. The 27 inch monitor is great on eyes, too

Easy set up, great value for what I use it for, mainly my photography and social media. Did not come with speakers, but that is the only thing I've found not to like.

Sets up quick, large easy to see screen.It took a minute to find the power button. on top of tower, lol Over all pretty easy to use.

The processor did not turn on from the very first try. Had to mail it back to HP and they are trying to ‘fix' it instead of replacing it. Not happy.
