Purchased on the pre Black Friday sale for $200 lower than regular price. Priced just the tower elsewhere and the tower alone was just a few dollars less than the complete system. Setup was easy. Love the computer, and particularly the 27” monitor. The only upgrade I will do is add a wireless mouse and keyboard.

didn't have in the store. Only three were there and I was a little late. went online and ordered and arrived later than expected but I was in no hurry. UPS delivered and I got to setting it up. Really pleased with size of monitor and speed of computer. So much larger and faster then what I was used to. Very pleased with my purchase and still getting used to it.

I purchased this computer about two weeks ago, and have been very impressed with it's features and performance. The 27” monitor is great and the computer processor is fast. With 2 TB hard drive and a two year warranty this purchase should meet the average users needs for quite a while. The only negative with this bundle is the keyboard and mouse, they did not match the quality of the other hardware. I replaced mine with a great Logitech keyboard and mouse on sale from another retailer.

My old computer was 15+ Yrs old and I needed a new one. This one has a big screen and super fast for searching the Internet, playing music etc. I love my new computer. Purchased at an affordable price and loved that it included 2 year warranty. Thanks.

We bought this computer for our 14 year old daughter, so she can do her homework. We pulled the computer out, plugged it all in and let is do it's updates. Then, it saw our Wi-Fi we entered in the password and all else was easy. The computer saw our printer, so I didn't even have to do a search for it. The easiest, smoothest setup yet!!

Have to be careful with the warranty. When I went to register the computer it said the warranty expired in 21 mos. had to send receipt to HP to get them to extend to 24 mos.

I needed a new desktop due to mine being old and outdated. This HP has everything I need. The only problem I had was after it was setup, the first time I restarted it I got the black screen of death. I had to restart it in safe mode and reinstall everything. It has been working fine since then.

I had to get a new desktop. This was a wonderful price for the whole bundle. The monitor is wonderful. Keyboard is lacking, but my old one works just fine. Mouse is OK, but I decided to use my old one anyway. PC is surprising light. CD drive feels a bit flimsy, but works well. Windows 10 has not been as much of a pain as I thought it would be. Monitor isn't touch-sensitive, so that function is not usable. I have no mike yet, so Cortana doesn't work by voice. But older programs have loaded and seem to run just fine.

We bought this computer during the Black Friday sale. So far it's a nice upgrade from the laptop we've had. Beware of all your settings as there is a lot of sharing and the apps make it hard for someone on a metered connection such as satellite. The size of the memory and hard drive are what drew me to this model. Fast processor with hardly any wait time at all. The monitor is a generous 27" and the graphics are clear and crisp. The last two HP computers I have had crashed within less than a year so I cannot give you a longevity view yet, I am just hoping this one lasts. For a good school and leisure computer I don't think you can go wrong on this one for the price. The two year warranty helps ease any anxiety.

I bought this on sale but when I unpacked it the cable that goes from the monitor to the hard drive was missing. I contacted HP and they told me that I would have to return it to Sam's Club. When I got to Sam's the associate told me to just get another computer and they would remove the cable from that box for me. All of the boxes in store were for touch screen monitors and didn't have the cable I needed. I had to go to a computer store and purchase one just to get it to work. Aside from all of that trouble I love my computer.
