I'm going to start off by saying I'm a fan! I never took the time to write a review before because let's face it, usually you only write when you aren't happy.... I have been happy with my purchases. My first purple purchase was a mattress about two- three years ago. It was and has been amazing! I have owned a crazy number of types of mattresses with some pretty ridiculous price tags (17k was about the biggest) and I can honestly say the purple mattress is the only one I still own out of all of them! Since my original purchase we have added an additional mattress and four pillows (2 OG and 2 of the latest). I didn't go with the new mattress when we decided to purchase our second because quite frankly if it's not broke why fix it? We love our second one as much as our first! The pillows..... it was kinda broke, so we kept our faith and they redeemed themselves with the second one! The same with mattresses, I have had my fair collection of pillows and the newest ones from purple are pretty dang comfy! It's like they watched the guy with the my pillow ad and said hey I'm gonna take his slogan and go actually make the pillow they are talking about (the my pillow guy didn't even do that)...... so basically if you want an all around comfy mattress that actually makes your body feel amazing the next day then purple is the best bang for your buck! I'm seriously waiting for our new puppy to get out of the puppy stage so I can order the pet bed.

Purple customer support is top notch. We recently had our Purple mattress replaced via warranty after only about 3.5 years. This new version has edge support which is the area the old mattress was hurting in. So I am hopeful the edge support helps the new mattress last longer. At least customer support is top notch.

First and foremost, we LOVE our Purple mattress. It is everything we wanted, and more. I am overall very pleased with the product. Getting the product on the other hand was tough. The order took much longer to arrive then expected and I only found this out after contacting customer support. Once the mattress did arrive, the unboxing became the next challenge. The outside packaging of our mattress was damaged in shipping. Its possible that the cutter to remove the sleeve from the mattress had been lost. But all of the Purple videos showed it, so I was expecting it. Once I was able to get the mattress out and setup everything was good. And I am recommending Purple to anyone and everyone.

I often have trouble sleeping due to the fact that after a few hours, I usually need to roll my body to get comfortable which of course wakes me up. I have tried many mattresses to no avail, always tending to wake up multiple times during the night to adjust my position and waking up feeling unrested. I decided to try a purple mattress for two reasons. One is that it is shipped in a compact way right to your door. Second is that I read the reviews and they all had good things to say. I have to say that this is one of the best investments in mattress that I have ever made! I have been able to sleep through the night with little adjustment needed by my body. I am getting a consistent good nights sleep. I would recommend this mattress and would buy one again.

First I want to say customer service is amazing as for the mattress it self we have a king size and its great for the first week maybe then after that its all down hill. We have had to make a warranty claim twice now because the mattress does not return to its original shape. We honestly dont spend much time in bed maybe 4 to 6 hours a night because of a busy life and even at that short time it forms dents. I havent really noticed any less back pain or stiffness in the morning either. Id like to try another brand since they have so many others out there and I probably will in the near future but for now I believe we have a 10 year warranty so ill just keep grtting a new mattress if it keeps happening.

I ordered the original purple bed, easy to unfold and can sleep on it that night! It's 180 pounds for the king so have some help! Unloading it. Super comfy, I use to wake up with numb arms, not any more! It's soft but firm. Can't tell you how much I enjoy this bed! Worth the $$

My husband and I used to share a conventional double bed. His twitching about drove me NUTS! Now, we have a king sized Purple mattress, and the difference is night and day. The fact I no longer notice when he starts twitching, or if he happens either come to bed late or get up early. I also no longer wake up in the middle of the night roasting, which is a big plus.

I had a high end spring mattress with a thick pillow top. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable the Purple mattress was. My wife and I didn't experience an adjustment period. We knew right away that we were very happy with the bed. We're a few months in and still extremely pleased. I'm 6'2", 225 pounds and she is tiny. We both get great sleep on our Purple mattress.

Mattress arrived quickly. Easy to setup, but would rather the company did not sugggest that you destroy the perfectly useable plastic duffle that it came in. We removed ours from duffle by sliding it out. Sleeps comfortably, my wife likes it. She was having trouble with soreness on our old mattress, which promoted the switch. Also, it definitely sleeps cooler which was another problem with our old mattress. I really like the pillow, but persistent odor is still a problem. They need to work on that ...

I took a chance and bought a Purple because I've been needing a new mattress, but also wanted to see if the unique top would help me feel more supported. I go between side and stomach sleeping. On my side, I feel a pinch in my lower back like my mid-section is not being supported. On my stomach, I still feel as though my hips are sinking in and my back is over-arching as on my other mattress. I'll give it a couple more weeks, but thus far it is just an OK mattress.
