We got our new mattress a few weeks ago. I loved it immediately! However, about a week into it, my sleep quality truly began to improve. We upgraded from a queen size forgettable bed to the standard purple King size bed! Spend the extra money, sleeping on a king bed is a game changer in itself.

0. I have had my Purple bed 2 days and I am tire of chasing the mattress. It moves towards the side of the bed every time I get on or off. I Called to talk to support thinking they must have a fix for this problem. Well, the fix was for me to sew velcro on the bottom of the mattress. For what I paid for this bed I shouldn't have to sew anything and I should have been told of this problem. Since I didn't get help with support I am going to visit the store.

Not happy with the mattress at all. I have bad scoliosis and severe pain in my neck, back, and hips, and while I had high hopes, this mattress has only worsened my daily pain levels. My Husband called 10 days after our trail period was up and they will NOT allow any leeway on returns. Mind you, they count the 100 days from your purchase date, NOT THE DATE WHICH YOU ACTUALLY RECIEVE YOUR BED (our bed was delayed for multiple weeks due to 'popular demand', so this initially is total blasphemy)!! Which, fine, I understand that we called ten days late (didn't seem late to us considering we haven't HAD THE BED 100 days) but the multiple women we dealt with were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I do NOT recommend this mattress to ANYONE. Not even for the quality of the mattress at this point, but because every person we talked to was terribly rude and unpleasant to work with, which is a real bummer. I had high hopes of loving what this company stood for, but it's all just clever marketing.

From the start I knew I would love this bed. I loved the ad campaign, the idea, the fact that it's US made -- and I just had a really good feeling about it over all. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all! My wife and I have been sleeping on this mattress for the past six months and every night is a blessing. We travel a lot and the old mattress was awful so we always looked forward to hotel beds; now it's the opposite! Hotel beds ain't got nothin' on my Purple mattress. It's soft, but not too soft, with just the right amount of give, and one of us moving around on one side provides barely any disturbance, if any, to someone on the other side. Our first night on this mattress cemented my wife's and my status as staunch Purple fans, we even bought their seat cushions recently and loved them as well. I really cannot say enough good things about this mattress! The price point is high but you're not going to find any amazing, long lasting mattresses for much less than that and if you're dropping the big money anyway you might as well buy something engineered by a rocket scientist!

My husband and I have had our purple mattress for about 3 weeks. Let me just say we love it! Before we got our mattress I wouldn't sleep through the night. I would get maybe 3-4 hours of sleep and would often sleep on our couch. Our mattress at the time was hard as a rock. So I went on a major mattress hunt. And purple was recommended several times. I can definitely see why! I sleep through the night and I fall asleep faster. My husband who can honestly sleep anywhere at any time. Said he even noticed that he sleeps more sound with the purple. I would also like to mention the purple sheets are amazing! So soft and stretchy. Our sheets would always fling up in the middle of the night but these sheets haven't moved once. Truly one of the best purchases we made. Something to note is how heavy the mattress actually is. It took both of us to slide it in our house.

We upgraded from a queen size bed to a king size bed and we love the larger size. Overall we had a great experience buying from Purple. Everything came all at once and we got it set up in no time. I slept so good the first night. I tend to wake up in the morning with very sore joints, and they were significantly less sore after sleeping on the Purple mattress. We decided to buy the lowest priced mattress and even though it is comfortable I do wish we would have spend the extra money for the most expensive one because I personally love filling like I'm sleeping on a cloud (due to my joint pain).

We not only love our mattress but we are so happy with the service we got in trying to choose which style was the best fit for us. She was so helpful and relatable to us while purchasing our mattress we couldnt be happier with the choice she made for us.

I just bought a third bed. We are replacing every bed with the Purple bed. I started out trying it a few years ago. Then purchased one for my son and daughter who both needed a new bed. Next is the guest room (lucky guests!!). I love vacations but I always look forward to coming back home and sleeping on my purple bed. THE BEST MATTRESS ever! I will never purchase another mattress ever!

At first I could only sleep on this mattress for a few hours a night. It felt like sleeping on concrete, it was so firm! This lasted three weeks. Now I can sleep through the night and it would appear I'm finally used to it. It still feels a bit too firm. The two standard memory foam mattresses I had before this also started out too firm and then became too soft with pits in the middle. I don't think I'll have that problem with the Purple. I still have hope that we will get used to each other.

My husband and I both love our purple mattress. Didn't have to get adjusted to it like other new mattresses we have purchased. Great sleep on the first night we had it. Usually I wake in the morning with achy spots, but not with purple. We are very happy with our purchase of the purple mattress.
