Except for FEDEX, I had a wonderful experience with PURPLE. Everyone of the Purple representatives has exceptional phone skills. They even went the extra mile when my shipment was messed-up at the FEDEX center. (not PURPLE'S fault) and offered to make my deal a little sweeter. Just based on the PURPLE staff alone, I would buy from them, not to mention the wonderful product itseld. Nicely done.

I was very surprised by this mattress. Both in the support it provides, without being soft. And in how cool it is temperature wise (had to add blankets) I am experiencing difficulties but that's because my existing pillows don't compliment the the mattress. So I'm changing those around to work better for me.

I love my purple bed. I think of how I used to wake up and feel like a truck ran me over - now I wake up and feel wonderful. With Purple's awesome jelly goodness a truck could probably run over me now and I'd just sink right and and keep on sleeping. It is awesome. My mother-in-law came and watched our kids and spent a week sacked out in our purple bed and has been complaining about going back to her old mattress for the last month. If you are on the fence - just click order and give Purple a shot. You are going to love it and you aren't going to spend a obscene amount of money on a bed that isn't and better than a Purple.

I switch sleep through the night, from side to back, and this mattress is easy to sleep on. Since I started using it, I find myself waking up less during the night and luxuriating in the comfort of this mattress and the purple sheets I got with it. Very happy!

I recently got a shoulder surgery and recovering and have been going to physical therapy and having a lot of pain. I was pessimistic about getting the purple bed but I decided to try anyway. The day I got the purple bed I felt better because I can move all over the bed without feeling any pain. I will definitely recommend purple bed to individuals who are recovering from surgery and for individuals with body parts that needs to be cradle around with a soft bed like the purple bed. The only problem with the purple bed is that if there are two individuals in the bed and one is heavier than the other, the other rolls down next to the other. So if the lighter person is the injured person, then the injured person will roll down next to the heavier person and it will be uncomfortable for the injured person.

We had very high hopes for this bed and my wife indeed loved it. Unfortunately, it never really agreed with my back (which admittedly agrees with very few beds) and also after several weeks sleeping on it I developed fairly severe pain in my shoulder. Due to these issues, we ended up returning it. The return process has been very straightforward so far and we're glad the bed will go to helping those in need.

Smartest decision ever. We actually JUST bought a new mattress and after 12 months I had a spring sticking out on my side! A few months after that I got sick. Really sick and didn't get better. My allergies took over my life and I was stuck in the house most days on a breathing machine. Talk about a game changer! One cotton beatle infestation later I found myself so paranoid and covered in hives, I couldn't sleep anyways. We had to move out of that house. Yeah bad situation. We left the mattress for the trash company to pick up and left. I had a few months, while in transition, to find a new mattress. And I went to my old reliable friend YouTube for help. We got Purple after weighing all options, roll it out onto our new platform bed and it's been great. No memory foam to cause my asthma/allergic flare ups. No fabric filled crevasses to harbour little critters. The design is just genius and we both say stuff like "this hotel is amazing! They should get Purples" It's great. The only thing.. Of course there's a thing. The mattress, because it's so different, is much more moldable and in my opinion needs a full flat board underneath. I got a platform bed but it has slats and I need more. Purple knows there product and I feel like little details like this can make things so much easier when you get them right the first time. We now need to figure out how to alter the platform of our bed a bit more. Purple should give a little more detail of what to expect realistically. I feel like they should make a 'underboard' to sell with the mattress. You'll LOVE the mattress but just know it's totally reinventing the wheel so you might need to reinvent your carriage. Plus if you don't like it, send it back. You don't deserve it anyways.

I love that this mattress has some spring in it unlike the purely memory foam beds that are out there. I have noticed I sleep much cooler than I used to (I run hot almost always) I am SO BUMMED that they are giving away a free pillow a week after I purchased this bed :( . I really want to try the pillow because if I like it would be purchasing another two or so immediately. This bed is pretty heavy (about 125 lbs. for the queen) which is not heavy for me but it was very tall so it made it a little difficult to maneuver so this is something I would recommend having two individuals and not just yourself.

The purple mattress wasn't for us, but it was everything promised. Well made, pressure relieving, good customer service. Returned it becuase of disagreement between spouses. Even the money-back experience went flawlessly and we were able to donate it to a great organization so everyone wins. Purple earns 5 stars even though we did not keep it. Do yourself a favor and try it. You have nothing to lose.

If we had to run hurdles to get to our purple mattress we would! The most incredible, comfortable, restful sleep ever. No sore hips or backs when we get up. We are retired and hate the idea of vacation without our purple matress. Can you make one for our RV? Please!
