I was on the fence with making this purchase until I read that The Purple Mattress is ideal for people needing a medium hard mattress. I agree it's a good mixture of being soft and cushy but also supportive. I wake up with less back and hip aches. My one problem is that now my cats only want to nap on the new bed!

We bought Purple almost on a whim. I have low back issues and sleeping on a foam mattress topper, although cushy, was not giving me the support I really needed. It took me two night to adjust to purple, but now I hate sleeping anywhere else. So glad we made an impulse buy!

If I could give this bed a 10 star rating I would. After my boyfriend moving in about 7 months ago we quickly realized my mattress wasn't going to cut it. I was skeptical ordering a bed online, let alone one that came rolled up in the mail. I feel foolish for not getting a purple bed sooner! From the weight transfer (aka none), to just the overall support & comfort this bed provides, I'm overly impressed! I actually get a full nights sleep if not more every night, that was not how it was before. I couldn't say enough great things about this bed. Thank y'all for giving me not only my sleep back, but reminding me how real rest feels.

My husband and I decided to get a new mattress approximately 2 months ago, after the birth of our first baby. Our old pillow top mattress we had for about 6 years was already wore down. Squeaked ungodly loud trying to get in and out, had indentions, and was not conducive to breastfeeding as I sunk down in the bed and couldn't get comfortable! We started researching new mattresses and was almost deterred by price. But what got me was the fact that I have had memory foam mattresses before, I've had a termpurpedic before, and I hated them all! They were all hard and HOT. I was so intrigued by this "purple grid" technology in their mattress. I watched all of their cute videos on their website, I read other reviews, I talked to my husband and we ultimately decided that it was worth giving it a try. The very first time we laid on it, yes, my back automatically hurt. But just as their website says, my body was not used to being in alignment! After some moments for my body to adjust I felt completely comfortable and at ease. When I woke up I had SO MUCH DROOL on my pillow it was insane. I personally have never had any pain after sleeping a night on our Purple mattress. My husband had some slight neck pain for the first three days and he now loves it. We both are so happy with our purchase at this time. I have not woke up with any back pain or a headache from neck pain like I did with my old pillow top mattress! I always have drool on my pillow and I love it! Although I don't get to sleep in too long of intervals due to our newborn, what stretch of sleep I do have is amazing. The mattress also stays cool! My husband and I both usually burn up at night, but with this mattress we actually put another blanket on our bed due to being so cool! I have nothing but great things to say so far. We also got the purple mattress protector, purple sheets, and metal bed frame! The mattress protector is like it's not even there and the sheets... OH MY GOD the sheets. They are the softest, stretchiest, most comfortable sheets ever. If you get the mattress, go ahead and get the sheets? Why not?? Thank you Purple for helping this new mom get a good nights sleep!

We bought a tempurpedic mattress a couple of years ago and were redecorating our room so we purchased the purple mattress (Original) as part of our redecorating process and moved the tempurpedic mattress into the guest room. I knew we had been sleeping better on the purple mattress and were both feeling well rested and pain free when we got up, but had no idea how much better until the other night. I had to sleep in the guest room one night this week due to illness of my partner and had the worse night trying to sleep. I woke up several times during the night and just was not comfortable at all. Thank you guys for the best sleep ever.

I regret not getting the middle , or top grade purple mattress. I love the king sized purple mattress we did get . My husband and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night feeling sore from sleeping on our previous mattress that wasn't that old and cost 3 times as much as the purple mattress .

At first I was stoked and loved it. I am a bigger girl at 300 pounds. I missed on there where it said that it has about a 300 pound limit. I feel like it's already worn out in one spot. I think I may be returning the mattresses. I love the power base though !!!

I recently left active duty service with the Marines and have had lower back issues for awhile now from my time in. Because I'm a back sleeper, on my old mattress I would wake up many times with severe pain in my lower back and stuff from my muscles guarding the area. After sleeping on my purple mattress, I can finally sleep through the night without pain and discomfort. Looking forward to getting the pillows to go along with me mattress here soon!

Firstly allow me to tell you something about myself. I am 6'4 and about 265 pounds. I hurt my back last year and was told I had a bulging disc and a herniated disc. The pain was bad but my quality of life suffered most. We bought a new mattress and it was ok, but within 6 months it was saggy. then we tried another foam type mattress and it wasn't very good at dealing with my back. long story short I never could sleep without heavily medicating myself. and then mornings would be a trial of pain trying to get out of bed. Then....Purple. I had pretty much given up but I now sleep the night straight through and wake up with no back pain. Sure just living life means that by the end of the day my back is in a lot of pain but now with my purple mattress I wake up every morning with no pain. I would have easily paid twice as much for this level of support and pain relief. I will say that it took about 3 days to get used to sleeping on it, but after changing the way I sleep I found full night rest and painfree mornings. Thank you so much for this. you have literally changed my life for the better... and I mean Literally in the classic way...literally!

After years of difficulty getting a goid nights sleep and trying a number of different beds, we found the Purple. Not only is the Goldie Locks commercial entertaining and informative, the bed Provides the best night's sleep i've had in years. You guys are awesome. Thank you
