I am very happy with the mattress, but a bit disappointed as it is not quite as soft as I anticipated (I have the Purple pillow and thought it would feel similar). Im giving it a little more time, but am comtemplating whether I could return and get the newer purple mattress....wondering if there is truly a difference to make it worthwhile.

I was a little skeptical at first, buying a mattress online and I've been wanting to try a purple for some time. I'm also a very hot sleeper and oh boy this mattress works wonders. It stays cool all night and no matter what side I sleep on or how I sleep, its so comfy. I highly recommend it to anyone I talk to about it. Especially if you're a hot sleeper. You won't regret it and it came really fast too which was nice. A week before it said it was. You won't be disappointed!

I had a memory foam bed before this and it was sunken in the middle and my girlfriend would always wake up grumpy so I decided to get this bed and it is awesome. Now she wakes up in a great mood and makes me pancakes from scratch and of course the bed is awesome for sexy time.

My husband has three ruptured discs in his lower back and snores like a freight train. I have terrible allergies to dust mites that looooooove conventional mattresses and tempurpedic foam. He used to snore all night, I used to cough all night, and we would both wake up sore, tired, and angry. I worked for a few months to save up to buy a Purple Mattress and I have to say it has changed our lives in just a few weeks! His back pain is noticeably improved, my breathing is way better, and we both are absolutely in love with everything from the bed itself to the amazing purple sheets we got with it. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone

At first I wasn't sure if I would love the purple mattress, I've been sleeping on spring my whole life. But the "pressure point relief" line really got to me and it's true, I could tell immediately when I didn't have the same pain in my shoulders and hips while trying to fall asleep or when I wake up! I'm a side sleeper, and I seem to wake up on my back, while my husband does both as well. After a couple of months, I don't have any complaints and I'm more comfortable in bed than I've been in years. My back pain is lessened (a bed can't totally fix the way I sit all day at work!). One thing that was weird is the size, we have a queen platform bed and our old queen mattress fit right in with an inch to spare at the sides, but the purple mattress has to be squeezed into the frame. I worried at first it wouldn't fit at all!

I've heard nothing but great things about the purple bed from friends and family. I took a chance and bought the purple bed without even laying on one to test it out due to it's uniqueness. Well I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I can't begin to explain how much more rested I feel! And without any back pain! I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I will be returning the mattress after I hit the 21 days which is the minimum amount of time you're required to have it before you can initiate a return/refund. After 2 weeks of sleeping on it I just can't get use to the feeling of laying on jello. It is too unstable and jiggly and feels like a waterbed in some ways. I also do not like feeling the grid/squares while laying down, it's quite a nuisance. I need a solid stable mattress. So I will be going back to a traditional innerspring mattress which suits me well. Make no mistake, this seems to be a high quality mattress but it just isn't for me.

Both my wife and I agree the purple has not really been impressive. Right off the bat we were surprised of the height of the mattress compared to our traditional King Size. Still feel pressure points in some cases worse that other traditional mattress . We are not convinced this is the system we would like to stay with. Can you provide us with additional suggestions ?

i want to say that customer care is great. Quick response, actually listened to me and my issue was rectified without delay and hassle. I believe in the company not just for the product but also customer care. I know I wouldn't get this service from other companies.

This will be the 3rd Purple mattress I've bought. Gave my 1st to my sister because I needed to downsize (queen to full). And bought a king for my mom. If only Purple had a punch card... Needless to say, when it comes to comfort I go Purple and Purple accessories.
