I purchased my Purple as a Christmas present to myself, just missing a Black Friday deal to get a free pillow, oh well, should have been on top of it and shopped earlier. Only to receive an email and (physical print) postal card within a day or two after my purchase offering a promo again for a free pillow, and I had searched all the usual suspects for discounts without any luck, again feeling like I had missed out I attempted to inquire with absolutely no response and posing the question on social media sites only led to my posts "disappearing". Finally a month after I received my Purple, without having even opening and setting it up yet, I learn of Purples introduction, not coming soon, but now selling a new updated line. Really, you didn't know you were rolling out a new product line 3weeks ago and give me the opportunity to upgrade or purchase the new product? Apparently customer service and marketing have no communication, and I will think about looking into other companies and products in the future for this very reason. By the way it has been 10 weeks since my initial order, during which time I have under gone spinal surgery involving multiple disc replacements and fusion, and received my new Purple mattress. Now finally after my surgery and release from the hospital including six weeks in traction, have slept on my new Purple Mattress for the first week. Imagine what my customer testimonial would be had I not been so disappointed before ever receiving and sleeping on my Purple Mattress!!! Like your company I will make no further comment or support.

I am enjoying my Purple mattress so far - sleeping much sounder and more comfortably. It's harder to want to leave the bed behind in the morning - in a good way! The shipping however does not let you make changes, meaning that if you're ordering ahead of a move there are a lot of hoops to jump through with FedEx to make sure delivery works out.

I will say thos the matress does exactly what its advertised to do. It for sure contours to your exact body shape without pushing you out of alignment, at least if your dense enough. For my husband it is the most comfortable matress he has ever slept on, but he is considerably heavier than me. I wake up with back and hip pain because I just dont weigh enough to cause it to conform. I am typically a stomach or side sleeper, but I have been forced to change to being a back sleeper to mitigate pain in the morning. I keep hoping it will give just a little the longer we sleep on it, because my husband is so happy with it.

We purchased the original purple mattress a few weeks back. Ordering and delivery was excellent. This is the first bed without springs I have used. I like the way the bed feels conforms to my body. It is a tad too firm for my shoulder though but everything else feels great. I am not a fan of memory foam because I move a lot at night and this bed works great that way. I do wish it was a bit less firm but over all a great bed.

This is the first bed I have had in my life that I actually look forward to sleeping on. For years I would wake up in pain or stiff, with this mattress, I have yet to wake up with discomfort. Trust me when I say this mattress is well worth the money. Don't waste your money on any other bad.

Prior to the purple I woke up with a sore back every morning. I have saved the cost of the mattress in pain meds in the first month and the value of a pain free morning is not measurable. I am hoping Tony and Terry are on an island somewhere sipping on a fruity drink!! Bravo gentlemen, we all search for a chance to change the world by making it a better place and you did it. Interesting product. Was hesitant at first but a friend swore by it. Overall loving it. Love the fact that I don't over heat! I'm usually a stomach sleeper, but it's so comfortable I've been sleeping on my back. Only reason I gave it 4 star on not 5 is that the frame is squeaky.

First off - unbeatable customer service!!! The people at the company will move mountains (if they could) to make sure that you are satisfied. From personal experience, they are yet to be beat! As for the mattress itself... it's like laying on gel. The mattress is extremely comfortable yet supportive for your body. I get to sleep fast and wake up extremely refreshed. Definitely worth the price and experience!!

I like the back cushion & the pillow! I caught my wife sliding over on my side of the bed with a big smile on her face as she slept on my purple pillow! Was that a good dream for her or was it the pillow? I take it to work for my back & sleep with the purple pillow. The mattress is next! One day at a time! get yours now!

I used to have a soft mattress, but I just recently got married and my husband hated our bed. He always woke up restless and stiff. So when we decided to buy the purple bed, he was a little skeptical about a mattress we hadn't tried. We decided to go ahead and give it a try. We had the best sleep we'd had since we got married!
