We ordered the king mattress and platform on a Tuesday and by early Friday we had both products delivered to our door. SUPER easy set up. It only took us about 30 minutes for the entire process and we immediately fell in love. We had been using a "gel memory foam" mattress that within a year had fallen apart and was almost unbearable to sleep on. This was a lifesaver. It has solved so many of the problems we were having. It sleeps cool (even in Texas heat with two people), no more falling into a crater in the center of the mattress, we wake up with no aches and pains, and there is almost no motion transfer so when one of us gets up in the middle of the night the other isn't bothered. It's easily worth the price. Seriously, buy it.

We bought 2 twin extra long mattresses, 2 sets of sheets, and a car cushion. Could not be happier if I had bought the Hilton hotel chain with a new bed every night to sleep in. They are everything they say they are plus some. Even the sheets are so cool.wiife doesn't get hot at all sleeping now. Pillows will be ordered in June. Thank you Purple !!!!

Got the split king mattresses and the power base. Love them! Sleeps much cooler than my temperpedic. The power base is awesome! Only drawback is the gap in the middle of the two twin mattresses. Sometimes the bases move apart a little. Just ordered a bar to hold them together. Hopefully that helps. But I love that they are independently adjustable so it's just the price we have to pay.

Purple mattress allowed me to not only sleep a full nights rest but sleep pain free. I'm a side sleeper and my arms don't go numb anymore. My lifting has been better because my low back doesn't hurt all day and my shoulders don't hurt when I sleep on them. I even started using the seat cushion and lumbar support in my machines for work.

It's probably too early for me to provide an accurate review of our purple mattress due to the fact we have been sleeping on it for only two weeks, but in these first few days, there is no doubt both my better-half and I are sleeping better. Where the concern comes in has to do with how one's body adjusts to new bedding. Unlike Select Comfort beds which we were seriously considering until I came face-to-face with YOUR Goldilocks, we were almost totally committed to buying one of their beds. Your company's 100-night guarantee and lower price is what caused me to reconsider. (Without a doubt, your infomercial had an equal impact on my buying decision.) A company who doesn't take themselves too seriously, but emphasizes customer satisfaction wins my heart, mind and soul everytime! I love how you go about educating your audience on the benefits of owning a purple sleep system, while only grazing your competition. (Another effective tactic in marketing. I don't like the "Buy our product, we're better than Joe Schmoe's down the street!" without going into what makes your product better than all the rest.) Your marketing campaign hits all the right notes and in the perfect key too. Now for the hard part. I am still not sure we are going to keep our purple. Time will tell. But even if we should end up donating it to charity and sending you the proof so we can get our money back if we're not satisfied, your attention to appealing to your potential customers and their needs, your communication and ease of order, to your partnership with FedEx and their second-to-none tracking system, to your following up in the first days and now weeks, makes this whole experience one I can safely say is amazing! Just based on my experience to date, I will DEFINITELY recommend "Purple" to anyone who quizzes me on your product and service. I have only been sleeping on my new Purple since 8/6, but I can say I honestly sleep better! My back does not ache when I wake up and my feet hit the floor anymore. I was worried it would take months to be able to tell the difference, but wrong.... I noticed a difference within the first week. I love how soft and inviting the mattress is as well.

I bought this bed because of the high ratings, but if you have a partner who sleeps close to you and one of you is a little heavier part of body sinks down. You wake up aching everywhere .Don't waist your money on it you will wake up hurting everywhere.

I bought my Purple mattress, bed frame and mattress cover 3 years ago. At first I loved this bed. However after only 3 years the support has diminished. When my fiancé gets out of bed early in the morning and I move to the middle of the bed the support is great but on each side my fiancé and I sleep on you can feel the indentation. When I lay on my stomach my back will start to ache because my stomach is not supported and I feel like my back is arching too much. It's such a disappointment considering how much I spent on the bed. I rotate the mattress frequently which helps for a couple days. The bed frame and mattress cover are great. No complaints about those. But I say look for a mattress with longer lasting support, especially considering the price tag of Purple mattresses.

Wow I love this bed. It doesn't sag in the middle and keeps me aligned. I don't have to sleep with a pillow between my knees anymore. No more waking up with lower back pain. It's not hot like memory foam so I don't wake up sweaty. I'm so happy I chose purple.

I sure feel like my quality of sleep has vastly improved. I was sceptible already without laying on it first but glad I decided to buy it. I have back problems (and am not light weight) and would not be comfortable period on previous beds, pillow top and latex, and this one cups your spine just right along with all my curves to where I don't think I end up moving all night (cannot verify because I'm asleep ) but I found that I am sleeping less hours now (about 6.5 vs 7.5 prior) and not being tired throughout the day. I do want to purchase the sheets and a pillow next too! Also the platform was very easy to put up and shipping for all was fairly quick. I recently had to stay in a hotel to which I was looking forward to getting back home to my new purple mattress, hotel did not come close.
