Bed is to low, not anymore comfortable than regular mattress. Really difficult to hand., actually impossible. Zipper broke immediately. If you want to exercise warranty impossible. Very few charities take mattresses and if they do cannot pick up in timeframe needed. I spent hours on the phone today. Leaving a really bad impression would not buy and certainly not recommend. Soooo disappointed want it out and cannot get rid of it. Feel ripped off

I got this mattress for my wife for her birthday, since our old mattress was old and she was not sleeping as comfortably. She's declared that this is the best mattress we've ever had, and I completely agree. Both of us are getting the best rest possible, and it's all thanks to a comfortable, good night of sleep.

Really love the Purple mattress. We got the original model and it's been amazing. We went with Purple over other brands because of the promises of cooling that come along with the Purple grid. I sleep horribly hot. Not since we got our Purple mattress! Everything they say about these mattresses is true and it was incredibly easy to set up. Customer service is fantastic so far also. We would also highly recommend the Purple Harmony pillow! Now instead of not wanting to get up in the morning because I feel like I didn't sleep well, I don't want to get up because I don't want to leave the comfort of my Purple bed! Get one...

My mother was using a soft mattress for years and woke up with constant back pain each morning, which lasted throughout the day. After my husband and I purchased our own king sized Purple mattress a few months ago, and had our back pain and sciatica eliminated, we purchased a Queen Purple mattress for my mother. She reports that her back doesn't hurt when she sleeps anymore, she sleeps more soundly and doesn't wake up with back pain anymore. While I love my Purple mattress, and am glad the company does a payment plan, I wouldn't say you must get this. Considering the price, I'm sure if you want a rather soft bed, there are likely cheaper products out there. So, really, unless you just have the money to spend, you might be better off with something more afforadable.

Took nearly 4 weeks for everything to arrive. No more back pain in the morning. Shoulder pain from sleeping on my side with my are outstretched arm is gone. My wife sleeps pretty hot and says it is nice and cool. No more sweaty sheets. Oh and the purple sheets are like lotion on your skin. Only took a few weeks to adjust to the new bed. I actually look forward to going to bed. I love this bed! I hope it lasts for awhile but so far so good.

The Purple Mattress is wonderful! For those of you solely depending on reviews in order to make a decision please remember something; your sleep experience does not solely rest on the hard work of a mattress company. If you live a healthy lifestyle with good diet and exercise I am confident that the Purple Mattress will provide a perfect sleep environment. I love mine and I am horribly unhealthy. Surprise.

I bought this mattress after I bought a Serta hybrid mattress 7 months ago thinking I was going to like it more. Needless to say this was not the case. My wife loves the purple mattress but I more of a stomach sleeper and weigh a lot more than she does.

I purchased my purple mattress Feb 2020. It was much firmer than I liked but my husband has nasty back and neck pain so I was ready to endure some discomfort if it helped him. He was finally honest with me admitted he hates this bed and gets worse sleep on this mattress than his old cheaper Serta mattress. We both toss and turn throughout the night. Him more than me but never solid sleep. Now, fast forward two years, I get bad hip and shoulder pains if I stay in bed more than 5-6 hours. My husband and I both get better sleep on our old reclining couch. We are both in our 30's and neither of us are over weight. I would not recommend unless you don't mind a very firm bed.
