Like many, I was very hesitant about Purple because of the high price, but after a windfall I decided to bite the bullet. I was very nervous that I wouldn't like it or that it would be "just okay" but I was thrilled with how much I love it. It's just squishy enough while still being very supportive. I don't usually sleep in one particular position, I constantly turn between stomach, side, and back, so it can be hard to find something that's soft enough for side sleep yet firm enough for stomach sleep, and the Purple nails it- I can get totally comfortable in any position. My previous mattress also made my lower back sore as it would cause it to arch uncomfortably, but on my back on the Purple I feel fully supported. For what it's worth, I'm about 5'4" 135 lbs. I really feel like it's cradling me when I'm in bed. Finally, one of the main things that drew me to Purple was the breathability- I run very hot when I sleep and before it was common for me to wake up in the middle of the night sweating. I can say that has significantly decreased since switching to Purple, which has been a huge relief. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase. Now all that's left is hoping it lasts for a decade or more.

I was skeptical. I'd previously had a bed in box memory foam mattress, but it got way too hot in the middle of the night and I'd struggle to get comfy. I thought I'd want a soft mattress for achy joints but I was wrong. Day one of the purple mattress, I slept like a baby. I hardly notice the honeycomb polymer and it's incredibly supportive. I don't even know how to describe it. I'm not sinking into the bed or sitting on top but somehow I wake up from the best sleep. I can barely feel movement from my partner Throughout the night and stays cool all night long

This mattress is incredible. It's not too firm and not too soft. I sleep on my stomach with no problems. One of my biggest concerns is always getting too hot while in bed but, it is not the case with this mattress. I purchased the recommended mattress cover as well and it is as described. I am very happy not only with the product but also with the excellent customer service. I highly recommend the purple mattress as well as the purple company.

The mattress is very comfortable. You do have to give it a few days to get used to it. I also recommend getting their mattress cover for it. I used my old one until theirs arrived and it was a huge difference. Overall I am very happy with the mattress and will definitely get another one in the future. E. Danny G!

Overall, we really enjoy the purple mattress. It feels very much like a memory foam, but with a little more spring to the foam. Warning, make sure your base is solid with no give. We also had to buy a new base to make the most of this bed, but our box spring was really old anyway. It really helped our back problems. Also while it is much cooler than traditional foam it can still get a little warm, but it's worth the comfort. We are really happy with our purchase. The only other bad thing I can say about it is that it is really heavy, but that usually isn't a problem. My SO says "This is the best mattress ever" The purple is expensive-ish but it's really worth it.

I think it might be an overstatement to say you feel weightless on this mattress but not by much. When I get in (I bought the bare-bones original Purple Mattress), the mattress seems to sort of swallow me up - definitely in a good way. It feels like every part of my body is touching the mattress. It's amazing how they can make a mattress that's "just right" in that it is so softly supportive and still strongly supportive. That might not make sense. This is my favorite mattress so far in my life.

We have been using the Power Base, and the mattress and it seems that I am sleeping better! I have had 5 back surgeries and my shoulders ache! But now, my shoulders are feeling better and, by the way, my wife now loves to make a siesta in her new bed...and naturally I also follow her!

This bed has helped me sleep a solid night - Yup. The Purple mattress design has helped keep me cooler when I get my nightly hot flashes, and I tried a leading foam mattress with a cooling gel top, and the Purple mattress design is superior in dissipating my body heat. Plus the firmness level is just right for people needing back pain relief. A winning combination for me. Thanks Purple.

I was struggling with sleeping through the night - until NOW. Love this mattress. My husband works in concrete and was experiencing significant back pain. That pain has almost completely subsided since sleeping on this mattress. We expect him to have some pain working in the industry, but we're really impressed with how well we are both sleeping.

I have suffered from night terrors most of my adult life. Recently even with medication the events were frequent. This mattress has completely eliminated my night terror episodes and I feel safe in my own bed again. The purple mattress has allowed me to fall asleep without fear of hurting myself and without nightly medication. I can't thank you enough. Also my daughter loves the squishy. :-)
