So happy with my new mattress and bed frame from Purple! I recently ruptured a disc in my back and my old mattress was not cutting it. My new Purple mattress gives me all the support I need while also being super comfortable- I feel like it's hugging me every time I get into bed! The frame is really sturdy and doesn't move around st all. Highly recommend!

I have had so many lower back issues for a couple of the year here recently I even went to the chiropractor and it did not help. Mattress Online and figured I needed to buy a new one anyway let me give it a try what could it hurt. After about a week my pain went away and my back has not gone out since. I cannot thank you guys enough for making an amazing product

Love my bed, just ordered the mattress protector and pillow and can't wait to try those out. Both times I have ordered, the shipping time was much slower (without communication) than their expected shipping date of 1-3 days. It is day 5 today with no word on when it'll be sent. I think it is poor practice to say shipping expected 1-3 days (except that isn't very likely and you'll get it when we get to it).

I went on vacation for 5 days and also in the hardest bed imaginable. Couldn't wait to get back home! First thing I did was lay down on my purple bed. Aaahhhh! Every night I crawl in, I'm so thankful I made the switch from 'expensive remote' to my purple. ❤️

We have used the Purple Mattress at this point for over 30 days and are not very happy with it. We both have back problems, and this mattress is way too soft for us. In addition to that, we do like sitting in bed and watching TV or reading, and this is one of the most uncomfortable positions on this mattress. When we placed the order for the Purple Mattress on Thanksgiving weekend, there was a promotional offer of a sheet set with the order, that we never received. We sent an email regarding this and to this day we have not received the sheet set nor have we received a response to our email - this speaks badly about the company overall.

It's all the best things about a memory foam mattress without the downsides (heat trapping, loosing shape, that quicksand feeling of not being able to get out of bed). I LOVE it. It has significant reduced my lower back pain, and my body got used to it immediately.

I saw all the commercials. But then you see commercials for mattresses all over the place now. Still the money back guarantee is what sold me on trying it out. One of the best decisions we ever made. This is probably the last mattress we will ever buy. It's so comfortable. It's not super cushy and soft, but it cushions perfectly. While still staying firm. All the hype is true. I highly recommend this mattress. We had ours for a couple years now and just purchased a new one for our daughter. She's super picky and hated every mattress we've gotten for her. As soon as we rolled out the purple mattress and put a sheet on it she climbed in and has been in heaven. So I can honestly say this mattress is for everybody!

I've had purple for over 4 years now and it's the only mattress I will ever need. I've had to move a few times and purple has always been there for me. The second I lay on my bed I immediately fall asleep. It's very comfortable and no back pain in the last 4 years. I can't go back to any other mattress. Once this mattress runs out of juice, I will buy another! Highly recommended!

I ordered the mattress 2 months ago and it's not here. Spoke to about 6 different people and they are obviously reading a script. Honesty goes a long way. If you are running behind in producing a high end mattress that customers pay a lot of money for, then just say that. I'll be upset but at least you are honest. I've gotten the run around, I've bren hung up on, I've been given new delivery dates and still the mattress is not here. I've even received an email asking how I'm enjoying my new mattress that still hasn't been delivered. I've been on a 3 way call between purple and mannor and they were both putting the blame on each other as far as where the mattress is. Very professional. At this point I'm over it, I don't know how good your mattress is but I'll probably have to cancel that order because for what I paid for, tempurpedic has something that's pretty much the same thing except for your polymer elastic thing. I'm beyond frustrated at companies who can't spent time to work out a system to create good customer service and follow up. Evertime I've had to call to find out why my mattress hasn't been delivered. This is ridiculous.

I was worried about a few things. 1 buying a bed online, 2 some reviewers mentioned a smell 3 not being able to test the bed out before buying it. Needless to say, I just pulled the trigger and was astounded to say the least. It has been a magical purchase. Would do again if I had need to.
