It was a weird start, not your typical cozy bed feel at all. But our sleep was fabulous... so we got used to it! I wish it could be a little thicker, it's a skinnier mattress than your standard size... but it's not a deal breaker. We feel supported (side and back sleepers) and don't wake up with achey backs! We had a sterns and foster, then tried a Brooklyn bedding and then finally a purple.. and purple is the winner! Even better their customer service sent us a brand new mattress when our first one was damaged in shipping.. at no charge... AND let us keep the damaged one which we gifted to a friend in need. Very satisfied

So, I wanna start off by saying this, plain and simple: I love Purple. I have severe hemophilia and mild Cerebral Palsy, years of sleeping on conventional mattress technology (I had the same mattress from ages 7-18 and then another for about a year) left me tired constantly, and with pain in my back and neck that would sometimes lead to internal bleeding. Well, now that's pretty much a thing of the past! I've been sleeping on Purple's revovolutionary comfort technology for a few months now and it has changed my life. Never before have my eyes popped open in the morning after a night's sleep, it's truly amazing how I can't wait to go to bed. As of now I own the original purple, the pillow, the sheets, the mattress Protector, and more recently(it just came in yesterday) the Purple 2. Not to mention I have received nothing but perfect customer service throughout all of my orders, and I can confidently say to people that you guys are legit. I will always be a huge supporter, thank you for everything!

This mattress sleeps wonderfully. I'm a side sleeper that doesn't move much. On certain mattresses my hip will actually get sore. Purple seems to hug the body perfectly. I haven't had any soreness and have been sleeping well. My husband loves it too. He had been dealing with aches and pains from our other mattress. He hasn't had any problems since. He's been feeling more well rested. We're both glad we bought it.

I made sure to sleep on this mattress for six months before I wrote this review to make sure that my review is completely honest. I have had approximately 10 surgeries on my spine, shoulder and neck, so it's safe to say that getting comfortable anywhere is difficult. I've bought 6 different mattresses over the last 15 years and was never able to sleep comfortably on any of them. Always tossing and turning and on the rare occasion I did fall asleep, when I would wake up, I could hardly get out of bed because my back would hurt so bad. I decided to try the purple bed. Figured I had nothing to lose. I have never in my life slept on something as comfortable as this mattress. I am completely amazed at it's comfort and continued support. I am 100000% pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This mattress has been great! Took me about a week to get used to it. All for the best. It really is hard to describe the how the bed feels. Soft and supportive really is the best description. My wife loves the Purple, it has been so much better for her back. I sleep so much better as well. Buy it.

My last mattress was terrible military style after I bought the purple mattress I notice immediately I was sleeping much better I'm waking up less I also notice that a few back pains that I had went away I have it now for two years and it's great hasn't gotten flat surfaces I'm 265 lbs. After hearing about the Purple mattress, and debating on buying one or not for months, I finally decided to get one. You have 100 nights to sleep on it and decide if you like it or not, so why not give it a try. I'm surprised at how cool and comfortable the mattress really is. I went all out with the Purple lineup (pillows, sheets, mattress protector, frame) and everything combined just enhances the mattress. I sleep more soundly. I don't toss and turn as much. I can't even feel it when my wife gets in and out of bed. People have asked me how the bed feels, and the only way I can describe it as that it's a firm yet soft and supportive bed. I am very happy that I finally decided to go all in with Purple.

I even tested the egg on my little sample square and I could not get it to break! Its like a magical bed- I have never slept as well as I have in this bed! I have a sample square of purple at work that I show everyone because I think it is that great! I just ordered my pillows and cant wait for them to arrive.

Ive been having severe back pain then decided to get this mattress. I am not fond of spending money but this was 100% worth it. Squishy and comfy. I love it. Plus its made my boyfriends attitude improve. Who knew a good nights sleep actually makes you a better person.

We started with a queen mattress & knew eventually we'd upgrade to a king. When the years passed and time came we didn't even consider other options - we loooove purple so much. I've had back issues almost my entire life and the purple mattress is the only mattress that has ever helped me get a 100% comfortable painless sleep. Highly recommended especially for people with chronic pain!
