We bought our Purple bed last year and it was life-changing. We saw the commercial on YouTube and had to try it. The first thing we got were the recommended sheets (before Purple made their own) and that alone was life changing. We already had a platform frame that we bought for our other bed and used that with our Purple. Sleep has never been so good. Until a few months ago when our frame started to bend and sag. That's when Purple came to the rescue again. We bought the new platform frame when we saw the Sumo commercial and it's the greatest purchase we made since the Purple. We sleep amazingly again. It's such a good deal, I think we paid about the same for the first frame and the Purple frame just puts it to shame. It can hold both of us (about 700lbs) with no problem. My only beef is that with all the new fun stuff they're coming out with, I would love for it all to be the color purple! Is love to have purple Purple sheets. Maybe even a purple Purple comforter too!!

I've had difficulty sleeping for a long time now, not feeling like I'm getting enough support in my back. I have a lot of back issues from multiple car accidents over the years. When we set up our Purple mattress, I laid on it for less than 5 minutes, and my back relaxed so much that when I stood up and my back contracted again, my SI joint locked! I couldn't bend over the rest of the day. My last 2 weeks of sleep have been the best of my life as my back slowly learns how to actually relax when I sleep. Thank you Purple!

This is a great mattress. There's no shortage of explanations as to why and how. It will take some nights to get used to, and after that you will never want to do anything else. Also, you will never stop playing with the little hyperelastic toy that comes with all the mattresses. That said, I can't avoid the hilarious question: I ordered a twin. Why did I receive two sleep masks with it? I ended up giving one away. Kind of hilarious.

Here is an honest review from my point of view. From day 1 my husband LOVED the bed. We had to have it on the floor for the first couple week while we waited for the base to come in. The 1st few night were rough for me, I am not sure if it was the bed itself or the fact I new I was close to the ground and that was weird. I finally got used to it and loved it. Then the base came in... so now I am not on the floor anymore I am pretty high up actually (great storage space under the bed) and the bed just feels different to me again. So I am back to the getting used to it stage. I know it will happen. My husband still loves it and so do my kids when they try and take over our bed. I am very happy we chose the Purple Mattress. My advice to other people is don't say you hate it right away, give it time, don't think about not liking it, just prepare yourself for a good night sleep, clear your head and sleep! I rated it 5 stars because I know it is a good mattress and my body will adjust. (it's almost there)

This is the fourth but I've had her in about 10 years. None of the innerspring beds that I have purchased in the past or any of the fancy latex beds I have purchased ever held up more than a year or two. They often wound up sagging or my pelvis was and I would start waking with terrible joint pain in my hips. I gave the purple bed a try after Reading some of the online recommendations. I thought why not with their guarantee try it. The worst case scenario is that it did not work well for me and then I can return it full for a full refund. I've had about 30 days now and I have to tell you I sleep very well and comfortably. No more hip pain. I have also noticed that I've been sleeping more hours without waking. Before I used a week every hour or so and toss and turnjust to get comfortable. Last night I slept for five hours straight without waking wants. Talk about getting a good nights sleep!

The mattress was too firm for me and slid around on the platform frame too easily. I spent just under $1500 and yet ended up with what felt and looked like a cheap bed setup. The mattress protector fit relatively poorly because it's designed for a queen/full so it was loose on the full. The sheets felt nice and I enjoyed the stretch, but the pillow cases looked terribly cheap and ill fitted.

I was so stoked to get this because of the reviews. I will say it is softer than most mattresses, but I absolutely can feel the squares underneath me. It makes it awkward when I lay in any position. However, the sheets and mattress protector are awesome.

I have had The Purple Mattress for 3 weeks now it hasn't been bad sleep just waiting for the body adjustment to kick in the first week was awful but I knew there would be some adjustments so 3 more weeks and I will know for sure if this bed is for me

I have never slept more soundly, for a longer period since I was in my 20's. I have chronic back pain and fibro. I've had difficulty for years sleeping. I've tried all types of mattresses from memory foam to conventional. This is a game changer in my life. I was able to try this at my daughter's house and knew of be getting on immediately. Thank you for a wonderful product. I also adore your pillows. Perfect fit and I don't wake up with a sore neck or head ache like other pillows.

We had a Sleep Number bed that gradually 'sunk' in the middle. It was destroying our backs! I did lots of research on online mattress sites and ended up choosing Purple because of the flexible, supportive grid system (plus: it's purple!) Our new Purple mattress is flat and level, and feels so nice and supportive. We're very happy we switched!
