We've not had the mattress long enough yet to give a complete review, maybe in a few months we will give a more complete review. My wife says that her shoulders are not hurting anymore; my arms are not falling asleep in the night like they did with the old mattress, although my middle back still has pain. The mattress is firmer than we expected.

Overall, we are happy with our new mattress. My wife loves it and says its the most comfortable mattress she has ever slept on. Me on the other hand am 235 lbs and find my shoulder going numb when I lay on my side. This also happened on our last mattress and I was hoping this one would be different. I still find myself tossing and turning all night.

We got this mattress after lots of research and reviews from a few people we actually know. We figured with the 100 day guarantee we couldn't go wrong. It was about 10-13 days from ordering to arrival (which considering I ordered on Thanksgiving Day for the promo is amazing) and it was pretty easy to set up. (My husband made sure we opened it properly because some people in reviews didn't and it's apparently difficult to correct/flip over. The first night I was in love. He didn't like it the first few days (we've read the adjustment period can be a week or two and varies by person) but now he loves it too. I'm a stomach sleeper, that moves a lot to my side and even sometimes my back. He is mainly a side sleeper. The bed is much cooler than our previous bed (not sure if I can put brands but it ended in "pedic") which was supposed to be cooling and definitely wasn't! So far we are very impressed with the bed and have no intentions of utilizing the 100 day policy!

I absolutely love this mattress. I am currently pregnant and would get really bad hip pain on our old mattress, no more pain or soreness on my Purple. Unfortunately my husband has not been sleeping as well on our Purple as he did our old mattress so I had to knock down a star for honesty. He says when he sleeps on his back he can sleep comfortably but when he sleeps on his side he wakes up with his back out of whack.

I definitely sleep more comfortably and sink into pressure points on this than I did on my previous mattress. You can feel the top layer grid when you glide your hand on it, which is a little strange at first, but doesn't affect comfort when you're lying down at all. Only small gripe is that the mattress is an inch or two wider than a typical queen - which you'd think is a good thing, but it means that fitted sheet options are more limited because if it's not large enough it will be pulled too tight, which keeps you from sinking in at those pressure points. I had to put a different sheet on mine. (Perhaps Purple does this intentionally to drive up sales of their sheets?) Anyway, it's a great mattress and I definitely recommend.

We recieved our bed, frame, sheets and mattress protector all within 3 weeks of our order and have been sleeping like babies ever since. However when our sheets arrived we only got one set despite ordering two. Made a quick call to Purple (who spoke clear English) and the second set was shipped out with no hassle. Would however like to see the sheets made in 'Merica. Thanks, Purple

I finally love sleeping with purple, it doesn't hurt as much as it did previously with back pain and shoulder on previous beds. Sometimes sleeping on sides does effect cause my shoulder does fall asleep sometimes but not so my back anymore its much better on the back, so I have to change position, this effects you if you are heavy weight like me and sleep on your sides, don't expect to be amazing as you are on your sides and weight does after into the shoulder area. I've had several back problems through out the years, I'm 29 years old and the last 10 years my back has had so many issues. It was too the point where if i sat down my back was hurting,I was no longer getting any sleep even with my old mattress that I spent a good amount of $$ on and after 5 years it just became a limp pile. My friend told me about his purple mattress and how great it was and I should get one for myself. I was a little hesitant at first but 3 months later finally purchased one myself. The first night was weird just because my back has not had anything nice haha. But now I've been sleeping on the purple mattress since 9/17/19 ... let me tell you.. I absolutely LOVE my purple mattress. I have the best sleep now, my back doesn't hurt when I wake up anymore, I can sit for longer periods with out being in pain and achy!!!! I'm obssesed I now have a problem getting OUT of bed because I just want to stay nice and comfy! One side note- now my partner is having issues sleeping, he does not like the purple mattress womp womp ;( he misses our soft old lumpy mattress. Thanks but no thanks! I love my purple mattress so far, no complaints !

Since getting the Purple mattress I don't wake up when my husband turns over in bed or gets out of bed in the middle of the night. My sleep would be disturbed over and over every night with every move he made! Not any longer! We put the mattress on a platform bed without box springs and it has worked out perfectly for us. A+ rating!

over one monh and still adjusting to it. My wife is already adjusted to it. I still wake up every few hours, but I feel better than I did on a traditional mattress. And I feel more rested unless I lay there to long. I then get back pain, but it subsides quickly after I get up and get moving. Over all I love this mattress! Mike Franklin
