I have wanted to buy this mattress for more than 2 years and I am so disappointed. My back hurt the first morning after waking up. By the second morning, my back, my sternum and ribs hurt so much I wanted to cry. I looked into returning it since you guys advertise "free returns" so much. Naturally, that's when I found out I have to keep this brick for 21 days before I can return it AND it looks like I'm responsible for return shipping. So I will have paid I don't know much, to be in unbearable pain for 21 days.  I do not recommend this mattress to anyone that isn't okay with sleeping on something with the firmness of the floor. Purple really should advertise how firm it is and that we are responsible for return shipping.....and that we have to wait 21 days.

Absolutly amazing. I have back and shoulder issues from my time in the military. My girl friend and I got a purple mattress as she needed a new one. It was amazing from the first night. I would wake up with oit an alarm and be ready for the day. I had to make sure I had a pulse a few times because waking up without any pain was a foreign concept to me. I was amzed that I didnt hurt in the mornings and instead of feeling like I had been hit by a truck in the mornings I felt refreshed and rested. Further more she suffers from Eckler's danlos syndrome. Its a miserable disorder the causes chronic pain yet she woke up with no to minimal pain everyday. This mattress provided Superior comfort and is cost-effective. Honestly I feel that it cost way less then it's worth. You will get more than your money's worth with this mattress.

My wife and are very happy with our mattress purchase. We both hadn't had a new bed in over 10 years so we don't really know what to compare it to besides our old mattress. But we do not wake up in the middle of the night and fall asleep quickly & soundly. I can stay in my comfortable positions for longer as my arms do not fall asleep. We love it!

I carry a lot of my stress in my shoulders, and my work is physically demanding. I would wake up in more pain than when I went to sleep! The first morning I woke up after sleeping on my Purple, I could actually move again without the pain in my upper back. Purple saved my sleep!

After watching advertisement and knowing we were due for a new mattress, my wife and I agreed on buying a purple mattress. The only concern I had was that my wife really prefers a soft mattress where I prefer a firm mattress. However, when the bed finally arrived and we test drove it, we both agreed it was like laying on a firm yet very soft cloud!! We both have had great nights of sleep ever since!! Great bed Purple!!! Would definately buy it again!

My husband and I LOVE this mattress. We started with a queen and upgraded to a king after two weeks (would love to splurge on the split king platform but maybe another time.) I thought our old Tempur-Pedic was pretty great but I had no idea how good a mattress really could be. Also, the customer service is out of the world. Seriously, everything about this company is amazing. My only real complaint is that getting up in the morning has been a big challenge. **** YOU PURPLE now I'm late for work all the time because I don't want to get out of my comfy new bed!

Our expensive hybrid memory foam mattress has formed two perfectly shaped body dents where my husband and I slept after only 3 years. We both woke up with backaches, neck aches, and headaches from our mattress. Ever since buying the "perfect" purple mattress, all of our aches have gone away!

I can not believe how comfortable this mattress is. I've needed a new bed for years now, and decided to treat myself to the basic Purple King sized mattress. The bed was SOOOO incredibly comfortable, that my brother, within probably 2 weeks from me getting mine, ordered a Purple Hybrid King sized mattress. The Harmony pillow is the greatest invention in the world. But the best thing about it, and I am in no way joking here ...... They send a ratcheting Allen wrench to assemble it with. Like, have you guys ever assembled literally any furniture ever? It was terrible wasn't it. Yeah, not here. These dudes send you off with literally a ratchet wrench that has an Allen head on it. Like I'm keeping it forever. Just a spectacular company and produce. 11/10 would recommend.

This is by far the best mattress that I've purchased. I've purchased cheaper & more expensive ones and this one is the most comfortable one I've slept on. I will say though it took a couple nights to get use to sleeping on top of the purple boxes as it was a weird feeling but it is totally comfortable.

I've had a solid seven months to try the Purple bedding system. This may be somewhat lengthy but it's the truth & may help others while making a purchasing decision. First off, I made the purchase because I needed more support for my lower back & hip injuries than what my old mattress was affording. I was in the Army & deployed a lot so these injuries are both old & degenerative. Secondly, I hurt all the time & my sleep isn't great anyway but add the constant pain & no support and, well, not a recipe for a good night's sleep. Lastly, being in peri-menopause for the last 11 years on top of all of that is just the perfect finishing touch (insert eye roll). The night sweats trapped body heat into my old mattress so I was roasting every night. I did my research for several weeks & even chatted online with a Purple representative about which sleep system would work best for me. (She assured me the original mattress would provide plenty of back/hip support & would pull heat away from my body during a hot flash.) The price was excellent & along with the twin XL mattress, I got the foundation & a set of free sheets (thanks & I LoVe these). I actually got everything but the sheets on my birthday & I set it up immediately. I couldn't wait to see if this thing was as good as advertised & I desperately needed some good, restful sleep. The first night was amazing! Truly nothing short of a dream!!!! I slept so well & with less waking events than I had had in a very long time. I also woke up less sore the next morning so I was sold. I felt completely satisfied with the purchase I made, or so I thought. The next nights & weeks went by with no issue. Then one morning I woke up incredibly sore like I'd slept on my old pillow top again. Odd, right? I hadn't re-injured myself or anything so this was definitely bizarre. Then week by week, I lost all the support the sleep system previously supplied. My body heat was also no longer pulling away from me; rather it was just staying directly beneath me in the mattress. None of the issues I have have been helped beyond that first few months & it's very frustrating. I'm still making payments & it wasn't the right product for me. And while I'm past the trial period & cannot return it, this sleep system has really failed me. I basically have a much smaller and more expensive version of my old bed. I'm actively searching for a twin XL mattress (not a Purple) that is some kind of hybrid that'll do what I need it to.
