I don't like this mattress. I've slept on it since the day I got it, and I've been giving it a chance for weeks and I've only gotten a backache. Sorry, but I feel like I haven't gotten my money's worth since my last mattress, which I got for free on the side of the road, is much more comfortable. Glad the company is asking for feedback.

We have been sleeping on our King size Purple for a few weeks now. We love it! My spouse was skeptical at first but the 100 night free return won her over. I used to sleep on a heating pad almost every night due to low back pain and now rarely do. I don't toss and turn as much at night which leads to more rest. We have recommended this mattress to several friends!

The fabric is so amazing, it is a shame to put sheets on it. I wasn't convinced it was the best until we slept on another bed. Loved coming back to the purple. Thanks for ruining every hotel bed ever. It is firmer than my husband expected, which normally causes him pain. However, with the purple there is no pain.

The shipment of this product was quick, just like they said it would be - THANK YOU! Its been almost 30 days on my new purple bed and I am loving it! If you get this bed, get the sheets as I have been using my regular sheets and before I was able to put my sheets back on the bed, I laid down with the mattress protector only on it and that makes it even better. I will be ordering the sheets shortly so that I can have to total experience of the bed. Just a side note: Hard to describe the feel of this bed, but remember everybody is different on their comfort levels, so this bed may not be right for you, but I don't think it is fair to give the company a low rating just because it didn't feel right to you, be sure if you rate the company, that it is not based on the feel of the mattress, if everybody liked the same thing, companies wouldn't have different styles of mattresses!

I have lower back issues and purchased the Purple mattress to help address this issue. I was sleeping on ordinary comfort top queen and would have pain upon waking. I have not awoken with back pain since using the Purple mattress. I'm sleeping more soundly and my partner is staying cool at night.

We debated back and forth over getting The Purple Mattress or the Purple Hyrbid Premier 3, and wound up going with The Purple Mattress and we don't regret it. We went from an eight year-old pillow top and woke up with aches and pains every morning. I now look forward to sleeping, and I wake up with no pain! We definitely love the weightless feeling you get with this. Don't forget to grab the Harmony pillow and sheets!

I have had the Purple bed now for a little over a month and love it! It is so comfortable, i want to lay in bed all day! I find that I get a wonderful nights sleep, I wake up well rested and don't toss and turn like I did in my old mattress. Not to mention no more spring poking me in the rib! When I first got my purple I had it on my box spring until I got the platform base. It works well on the box but even better on the base. I would recommend the bed and the base to anyone! Even my 85 year old grandma likes my bed!

I ordered the California King Purple mattress, and was excited to try it out. I have been battling hip and shoulder pain recently, and was hoping that the new mattress would magically solve my problems, or at least provide a significant improvement. I sleep mostly on my back, or my side, but sometimes like to sleep on my stomach. All are very comfortable positions, but sleeping on your back seems to be the best for waking up rested and refreshed. I would love to be one of the many reviewers that say "it has changed my life!", but realistically I still wake up with joint pain sometimes. That being said, I have noticed a significant change in my hip and shoulder pain since sleeping on the Purple mattress. I've been using it for a little over 2 months now, and have not looked back. I would recommend the Purple mattress to anyone looking for a new one, but would caution that it may not be the show-stopping, life-changing, health-improving, miracle you are hoping for. Just be a little realistic in your research, and you'll be just fine.

Although I feel your customer service has been great and my husband is happy with the way the mattress sleeps... I wake multiple times during the night. Wake up with neck and shoulder pain daily and overall I don't think the mattress works well for me. I fee like if there is a period of adjustment, I should have adjusted by now. I am getting less restful sleep than before I got the mattress. I am not trying to be rude just honest. If I can't get a comfortable nights sleep for the amount of money I am paying to "rest easy" it's not worth it. And it's unfortunate for all parties involved. Because I am not looking forward to continuing the search for a suitable mattress and my husband is overall happy with your product.

I had two hip replacements, one in October and one in January. My husband and I went out in our boat to fish in the Mississippi Gulf, in March.I used my purple seat cushion as padding as we rode in sometimes rough water and as we were fishing. I had no discomfort while sitting on my purple seat cushion, I love it!
