After so much researching so many beds and different brands, I decided that the purple was the mattress for me. Upon receiving the mattress and the frame which I also ordered from purple. My frame came bent on the side so I was a little upset about that. I contacted them and told them about that problem and they sent me a replacement frame with no hassle at all it was super easy for me. I have had the mattress for a month now and so far I haven't had any pain at all wether I sleep on my back or sleep on my sides and I'm about 190 pounds. If you are interested in this mattress I recommend it!

I ordered the purple mattress on the advice of my chiropractor. It took about 3 weeks for me to get used to the mattress and then it was smooth sailing from then on. I no longer wake up with neck pain or backaches. We purchased a bunkbed for our granddaughter when she visits and bought a twin size for her, she sleeps like a log which is a win-win for all of us. When we're away, I miss my purple mattress. I'm trying to talk my 86 year old mom into buying one!

I purchased a mattress from another competitor "the friendly ghost " and within 5 days I had even worse back pain. I returned it and purchased a purple. I LOVE it!! It keeps me cool and my back pain is gone. Please don't waste your time or money on the competition.

I was reluctant about buying this bed.. I mean it comes in the mail... I couldn't test it out.. This was the BEST decision I made. I no longer wake up with sore back or headaches. My husband who had insomnia now sleeps through the night.. Who would of thought a mattress could do all this.. THANK YOU PURPLE!

I purchased the new mattress because I had a six year old serta mattress and was having Occasional. Pain in my hips. So I decided to try the purple mattyes because of the good reviews. Unfortunately , I am experiencing more discomfort in my hips with the purple mattress.

I replaced a 4000.00 mattress begrudgingly when my gf and I kept waking up on top of each other in the middle of the bed. Years of test driving different women had taken a toll on my trusty old mattress. It was definitely time for a new mattress. I was scared about purchasing a mattress online since I wouldn't get to feel it before it shipped to my door but I figured #yolo. We love our purple mattress. If it were two inches thicker it'd get 5 stars. While it doesn't bounce your woman back at you when you're bumping uglies it does cradle her oh so gently while you cruise to pound town. So there you have it 4/5 stars, will continue to bang.

We received our Purple in December of last year and the first few nights were heavenly. Shortly thereafter, a family emergency called me away and I didn't spend much of the first 100 days sleeping on it - but when I did, it seemed pretty comfortable. Once I was back home again and had recovered from the sheer exhaustion of dealing with my mom's passing and everything that followed, my husband and I found that it just wasn't that comfortable for us. We were both waking up with our arms asleep and hips aching. The problem was, our 100 day trial period had expired. A new mattress isn't in the budget, but now, here we are -- just eight months in - considering buying something else or adding some type of topper to it. We've also relegated our Purple pillows to our office chairs, as they were too stinky and heavy to sleep on.

Backstory: Last summer I had pulled a muscle in my lower back. After months of healing I was still experiencing minor pain, specifically the right side of my lower back. This is also the side I sleep on and I find it rather uncomfortable not to sleep this way. Obviously when my back was healing I didn't sleep on it, but I found myself wanting to go back to my old habits after it healed, since some nights it didn't hurt, but other nights it started acting up. My old mattress was well past its prime and I knew half of my pain was due to that springy nightmare. After researching different types of mattresses, I settled on the Purple. It arrived shortly after my purchase, right at my doorstep, no dealing with delivery trucks or scheduling. It comes vaccuum sealed and a letter-opener like cutter gets rid of the plastic easily. The mattress literally inflated before my eyes and I could immediately lay down and take a nap. Yes, it had a "brand new" almost sweet and nutty odor, but it airs out after a few days and is non-toxic. As someone who was used to a firm mattress I found the Purple almost too soft, something I quickly adjusted to because I was used to sleeping on a rock. It comes with a mattress cover, which is a good feature for someone who likes keeping their mattress fresh and clean (which, who wouldn't). It's easy to unzip the mattress cover and not too difficult to get it back on. With my old mattress, I had to use one of those memory foam toppers, but once I got the Purple I gladly threw that thing in the trash! As with any new mattress, you should expect an adjustment period. Even with a fantastic mattress like the Purple, my body still had to get used to not being as tense when I sleep. However, after about three weeks on the Purple, my back pain, which acted up only when I laid down, was gone for good. I've also found that sleeping on my back, which I used to find impossible to do on any previous beds I've slept on, is possible on the Purple. I also found myself falling asleep quicker and staying asleep throughout the night. Which leads me to the one problem I have with this mattress - it's too comfortable. I literally cannot get myself to get out of bed in the morning. This isn't an exaggeration, because as someone who is self-employed and has no set schedule, I find myself sleeping in more often than not. I sleep so deep I cannot hear my alarm, even when it's on the highest setting. After three months I have gone from an early riser to sleeping in, but it's all good for the sake of the best sleep I've gotten in years. I've officially been sleeping on this mattress for three months. I'd recommend the Purple Mattress to anyone. I think it's a great fit for people who struggle with sleep, whether for back pain or trouble falling/staying asleep. It's worth the investment. Just make sure to also invest in a great alarm clock because you will never want to leave bed.

I loved my Purple so much until I started being kicked and slapped and woke up on the middle of the night. Hoping to love it again I bought one for my 10 year old. Now she stays in her bed and leaves me alone to sleep. So, of you're getting a bad nights sleep on a Purple it's time to get your kid one so she stops coming in to sleep with you in the middle of the night. 100% better sleep, again, for almost a month now. I'm a real customer.

After I started using it I was waking up at 3 AM and feeling really rested. I would fall back to sleep and get up closer to 5:30. This happened over and over again. I have concluded that I am getting longer periods if REM sleep; which is making me feel more rested. I also feel more rested tge next day so I can say that this has genuinely been a good purchase. I got the mattrices pad and sheets too, so those may contribute to my good sleep too. I really like it so far and I look forward to testing further. My kids like it too, so it is not unusual to find all if us crashed on a Saturday night and sleeping peacefully. They did not crash in my old bed so I guess I just have to deal with it. Getting better sleep and drinking a lot more water has really been a great combo this Fall.
