My boyfriend has horrible back issues after a car accident. He would always wake up in a mood just because of how much pain he's in. We've had out mattress for about a month now and man it has done wonders!! Thank you guys for doing payment plans becuase this just save ou relationship.

I could not fall asleep on this mattress. After about15 min, it felt like I was sleeping on a 1" mattress pad on my carpeted floor. My hip and shoulder began aching after about 20 min, and when I rolled over, it just started all over again. I'm 6'1", 180 lbs, and I felt like the mattress was superfirm, and not letting me sink in at all. I also tried napping to get used to it, and I still couldn't get comfortable

Set up that I paid for was not done. I had to do it myself after spending a small fortune with your company. It was not appreciated as I was out of town and the task was left to my wife and 11 year old son. Other than that, I love the mattress and power bases.

After a few months of sleeping on my couch because of a hip injury, I was getting really annoyed with this situation and needed to find a solution. I asked my chiropractor what he would suggest for a mattress. He told me that I should get the purple mattress. I never heard of the purple mattress, so I researched it and shared what I learned with my husband.We decided to order the mattress. It took, maybe, two days to get used to this mattress, but I was able to sleep on this mattress, from day one, without any pain. It's been about three months now and I love this mattress. Most mornings I don't want to get out of bed because it is so comfortable! I did read negative reviews about the mattress after I purchased it, which made me nervous, and I felt like I made a mistake in purchasing this mattress. But, when it came, I decided that I needed to try it out for myself. So I did, and I am very happy with this mattress. I sleep better, and my hip injury, which I still have, lets me sleep without any pain. My husband loves it also. I tell everyone about the purple mattress, and, I've had some come lay on it and say, Wow! So, for me, it was a positive choice. Thank you, Purple!

I am a side/ back sleeper. When we first started sleeping on the mattress, everything was fine. But after a while, my body started to hurt. I now get shoulder and hip pain while sleeping on sides and wake up with lower back pain after sleeping on back. I've tried different pillow combinations under my head and even sleep with a pillow between and under my legs. They have helped but I still wake up with pain.

My husband and I are both Purple fans. First we bought the pillows and then bought more pillows as gifts and then finally bought the mattress. So far so good with the mattress as we expected. No more sore body parts due to laying a certain way. No matter how we lay, no pains in the morning. Really enjoy that it doesn't retain heat as well. Thanks Purple, Tracy and Adam

The full size mattress is much smaller than a normal full size mattress, and I am not happy with the size. When I ordered the mattress it didn't tell me how long it would take to arrive which I found to be very odd. It ended up taking one month. The delivery date was bumped several times. So I wasn't able to stay where I moved to for a month because I didn't have a bed to sleep in. I also ordered a purple mattress protector. The website doesn't say this but it isn't zippered and doesn't fully cover the mattress; it's only like a fitted sheet. I was very disappointed with the quality and wasn't able to use my bed for an additional period of time until I was able to get a proper zippered mattress cover. Please be aware that the warranty does not get extended because of purples failures and lack of information. I ordered this bed around labor day. The representative told me it arrived between the mid to end of September. I called Jan 7th, after a 30 min hold time was told I'm out of warranty. I should be right at the end of the window tho. no exceptions for an exchange for a larger size will be made for me. I also got the purple pillow which is not something I would recommend. I would often wake up with ear pain from it. I sleep on my side. The only thing that really sets this bed apart for me is that I don't wake up sweating. It does keep me cool at night but sometimes too cold to where I needed a heated blanket. I also use a weighted blanket with it. Several blankets sliding off me in the middle of the night wakes me up every night. I will go with a different brand for a bigger mattress due to their customer service issues.

Last Oct we bought a new mattress for our home and spent over 5k for it. When it came time to buy a new mattress for our rv, we decided to try the Purple because of the price and because we had heard such good thongs about it. We love our Purple as much...if not more....than the mattress we spent 5k on. We have recommended it to our family and friends.

I had my bed on a delay delivery . Tonight will be my first night. I tested it this afternoon though and I can tell that this is my forever bed. I am still waiting for FEDX to deliver my FREE Pillow. Hope it come tomorrow . Will write a review when I test it . And let you know. And if I don't like it I will put a dog slip cover on it and let it be my little dog FIONA's bed. looks to be the right size and thickness from the review on You Tube guy.

This is the best mattress I've ever had. Very comfortable on my back and side. I'm a big guy. 6'4" 320lbs and it's great for me. I was worried about the frame but it supports me just fine and doesn't squeak or move. The top purple part acts like a pillow top and the support foam is nice and firm so it's the best of both worlds.
