I will keep it simple. I have Harrington steel rods in my back and have back and hip problems. With my new purple bed. I don't wake up with numb legs or pain. I haven't been able to sleep flat on my back in 25 years I could only sleep on my right side. Now with the purple I can sleep flat on my back and my left side. I love my purple it gave me life back

I ordered My Purple on Sunday and it arrived the following Friday so Delivery was AWESOME! Purple replaced a well known Air type mattress we had slept on for over 12 years. My husband has had 5 back surgeries and I have had A single back surgery, and had woken up painfully in the past for years. We had read about the adjustment period for getting used to the purple. But we did not find this to be the case. After the first nights sleep on the Purple we both woke with less pain and with the best nights rest we both have had in years. Just yesterday My Husband thanked me for buying this mattress and said it is the first time in over 10 years he actually slept sound enough to Dream. He said he has had a dream every night since switching to the Purple Mattress. This is not just a lighthearted statement from him, He was dead serious. We are really pleased after the adjustment to it that I don't think I could sleep this comfortably sleep away from home now unless they have a Purple. We both have slept on many Name Brand mattresses away from home, such as Memory Foam, Spring foam Hybrids, Adjustable, and none have come close to our purple. Other memory foam mattresses are hard to turn over or roll from side to side but not this one. I really don't know how you could make it any better. The only down side to this Purple is that we really look for a reason to go and get back into bed, it is actually that comfortable. I would like to thank the Purple team for making a product that really works as advertised. It is worth every cent that was paid. Rest assured if or when another Mattress is needed it will be another Purple for us. There is no preference for the type of sleeper for us due to we both sleep on our back and side so I guess we are Combo Sleepers

This bed is firm. And soft. Its the perfect combination of both which envelopes your body into supportive comfort. I strongly believe this is the bed for everyone. I was apprehensive buying it before trying the feel but this was by far my best purchase of 2017.

I really wanted to like this mattress! But it was just did not support my wife's back and I found it caused multiple pressure points instead of relieving them. Despite the marketing it actually is a bad compromise for both support and softness. Really disappointed. Would say unless you are a back sleeper don't even bother ... and then it is iffy ... probably only good if you like medium soft mattress and are back sleeper ... definitely not for side or stomach sleepers. The people are helpful and courteous and seem great ... although the pushing of the stretchy sheets which took 45 days to deliver was a little ridiculous.... they were about a month late and just were not going to make a difference. If you really believe they matter to the experience then it should t take over a month to deliver them with the bed and almost half the trial period. Need to work on that folks.

My husband and I are loving this mattress. Awesome sleep means getting up earlier and more awake! I threw my back out this fall. Learned my lesson: bend with your knees, lift with your legs. It became painfully clear that my mattress exacerbated the issue.

I knew after the first night sleep that the original Purple mattress was a keeper. The feel of the mattress is soft, yet it is supportive. As a side sleeper, it's necessary to have a soft bed, and it has to have some give to the mattress. A bed that's too soft without support is not good for side sleepers, and the original Purple has the right balance. I'd be curious to find out how well the new Purple mattress performs?

We were really excited to receive our bed, so we were frustrated by how long it took to receive, especially since we were billed shortly after placing the order. After receiving it, a few things (we have now slept on it for about 3 1/2 months): Pros: 1. It does live up to the no pressure point pain. In fact it is very impressive that ever since the first night, not once have we experienced any pressure point pain. 2. We think it is very comfortable for side sleeping and back sleeping though when I have tried to sleep on my stomach (which I know I shouldn't be) it isn't very comfortable. 3. We do get a good night's sleep on it. Cons 1. Frustrated with how short it compared to a typical king size mattress. I'm 81 years old disabled spine & legs..Was in the market for a new mattress when my nurse suggested the PURPLE! Glad she did! When I first lay down on it this was how it felt to me! Didn't sink in, didn't feel like I was sleeping on a hardwood floor... It was as if hands were gently holding me in the air! I slept the whole nite! I have never felt a mattress so comfortable as the Purple. The free sheets felt like a soft caress...Your products are just WOW! Have suggested to some of my friends with & without disabilities to purchase. Having recently purchased the Queen Purple mattress, I'm living my dream of a more restful night. With one back surgery under my belt, and another in the not so distant future, the Purple is literally saving my back. While my back pain is not gone due to degenerative disks, I wake up in the morning without the aches and pains I've been accustomed to over the last 15 years. Normally I sleep on my side because of the back issues, but I'm finding that I wake more and more on my back, because the Purple does a great job of keeping things in proper alignment, and it is no longer uncomfortable to sleep on my back. I'd give it a 10 if my back were truly aligned (with the stars), but I could only ask so much of the Purple. Yeah, back to the future with Purple.

My husband has had chronic back pain for years and I always wake up sore or stiff. We've had a Sleep Number bed for over eight years and neither one of us felt "wowed" by the bed the entire time no matter which setting we used. Waking up the first morning on the Purple mattress truly wowed us. My husband's pain is almost nonexistent now and my back doesn't stiffen up when my feet hit the floor anymore. It really does sleep cooler than our other bed. No more throwing off the covers in the middle of the night! My first impression was "oddly firm, yet oddly soft." I highly recommend for anyone frustrated with the level of comfort your current mattress is giving you.
