I would wake up all of the time with back and hip pain. I use a Fitbit to track my sleep and I would be restless on average 20-25 times a night, after using the Purple mattress in dropped to 10-12 a night. It has made a world of difference in the quality of sleep.

I have had this mattress for 11 months. I rotate it monthly but I still noticed some sinking on my side. I had nights where I slept so hard I felt like I was asleep for 5 mins. It was magical and then I noticed the sagging. I emailed Purple to see, total shot in the dark and I was fortunate enough to have a new mattress on the way despite it being past 100 days. They truly take care of you and with the utmost professionalism. I will continue to recommend Purple to anyone who asks because the nights of amazing sleep I've gotten are so worth a couple that weren't so swell. Thank you team!!

After almost 4 years with my Purple mattress, it became uncomfortable and started to not fully rise. I followed the warranty process and quickly had a new mattress sent to my home and the old mattress picked up, all free of charge. I am now enjoying my Purple mattress again!

My husband and I have been through several beds over the last few years and have not had good sleep in a long time. I saw the Purple video and was intrigued by the possibility of a good night's sleep. I asked my husband and he said "what have we got to lose?" So we ordered the mattress. Meanwhile I watched every YouTube video I could find and I couldn't find anyone who had bad things to say about this mattress.....Well now I know why!! It is amazing! We love it! I used to toss and turn all night because of pain. I no longer have to do that. I am comfortable all night long! We have been sleeping on it for close to 30 days now and still no regrets!!

If I could give this mattress no stars, I would. I purchased the Queen sized Purple 3 mattress from Mattress Firm a few days ago. If I have to sleep on it for the full 21 nights before I get to return it, I will be crippled. I've had the worst 4 nights sleep I've ever had in my life and that includes sleeping in hotels, cruise ships, sleeping bags in a tent and other people's houses. I don't know where the support is that this bed purports to offer. The first night was uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Subsequent nights I woke up in the middle of the night crying in pain (and I have a fairly high tolerance for pain), my back was hurting so much. I had to take two Tylenol. In my entire 66 years on this planet, I've never had to take two analgesic tablets for anything, including major surgery. I can also feel every square of the grid, even under it's own covering, a mattress pad, a fitted sheet and a top sheet. Contrary to what the mattress sellers tell you, it does NOT take weeks for your body to adjust to a bed or a bed to adjust to your body. If that were true, no one would ever be able to spend a night anywhere but their own homes. It takes only one or two nights to determine if a bed is comfortable. I'll keep the mattress for the required amount of time, but I'll be sleeping on the couch for the next 17 nights.

I have fairly wide hips and it's difficult for me to stay comfortable in one position for an extended period of time before my hip bones dig into a mattress. I've tried so man6 different mattresses, firm, soft, memory foam, but they were either too firm or too soft that either my bones/joints would hurt or wouldn't be supported enough. This Purple mattress is one of the most incredible inventions ever created. It's better than sleeping on a cloud.

You can't rightly have a "black Friday" special on sheets that take three months to ship. Especially when your mattress performs better with unique sheets. I love the mattress, but it is February 17th as I write this and I have yet to receive the two sets of sheets I ordered on November 26th of last year. Promotional deals are great, even though I decided to purchase your bed before the promotion, but I literally forgot I ordered two sets of sheets last year, and they are not cheap exactly. Luckily the bed frame arrived more promptly, or I would have been sleeping on the mattress on the floor for 3 months, just like back in college. Great mattress though...

I have the original, it was strange having this squishy foam mattress at first. However after several weeks of sleeping on it, I'm in love. Once laid out on the mattress it really does cradle your body. It hard to explain, but it does support you well. It smelled for the first few days. The mattress is amazing, I can't wait to make money someday and get another. I haven't tried any other bed in a box though fyi.... The sheets are killer too! Buy the sheets if nothing else..

The first mattress I bought was the four inch topper, it's great if you like water beds. That's how it feels. Then I bought the basic two inch topper without the springs it's really nice. The basic bed frames were really easy to set up and very sturdy.

I loved this bed at first and was so happy I found it. But unfortunately the materials don't hold up and after 6 months my side sleeping position wasn't supported properly anymore and I started getting really tight obliques and pain where my obliques meet my hips. Tonight I awkwardly rotated my California King to try sleeping on the part of the bed where our feet were for the last 8 months and sure enough that part of the bed is still really supportive because it's only been supporting my much lighter feet and hasn't broken down like the main sleeping part of the bed has. For reference I am 160 pounds. I would not recommend this expensive mattress that only stays comfortable for 6 months. Not worth it if you have to replace it that soon to avoid pain.
