I have had the purple mattress for about three weeks now and love it. I was having a lot of neck pain and back pain before. After sleeping on the Purple Mattress, my neck and back pain are gone. It isn't too firm or too soft and gives just enough support for a good night sleep. Love my mattress!

I'm convinced that the Purple Mattress is the best on the planet. Most conforming, and supportive at the same time. Also with its design and open polymer structure it isn't hot like all of the memory foams everyone else is trying to "improve" over their competitors. Purple is different and better for the difference!

best bed i ever bought. with some the best sleep i had since i can remember. the product is the best and the employees are really helpful and kind. will definitely be buying more purple products in next years to come. thanks for making sleep feel better again

This is my second purple mattress. The first one was a queen and this one was a king. It arrived misshaped and with flat spots where the foam isn't properly squishy. It looks obviously deformed by the naked eye, without even needing to push on it. The first one we bought has had no issues, but this one is defective. The warranty process seems not only difficult -- but impossible. They simply do not reply. I've been updating these tickets and its been over a week with no response from Purple. I contacted their support department 3 times now and each time they tell me "Our warranty team is about 8 days behind on emails" or "Our warranty team is 14 days behind on emails". I get that they have a ton of backlog of messages but they could take a minute or two and acknowledge the issue so we can rest easier knowing it will be resolved. All the meanwhile, my wife and I have this defective mattress to sleep on. I was a happy Purple customer with my first purchase going fine, but the way this is being handled put such a bad taste in my mouth. The Purple is a great value mattress but if you have any sort of issues with it, their refund/warranty process is not as described and at this point, the claims are fraudulent.

We read and read about mattresses before we bought the Purple. I had a friend who slept on one and liked it so after researching we picked the Purple and so glad we did! We first bought the number 3, but my arms kept falling asleep ( I had that problem before ) so we decided to exchange it for the number 4....So glad we did it is wonderful!! No more arms falling asleep, so comfy best nights sleep. We are always excited to get back to our Purple mattress!! You won't be sorry! Plus the pillows are great too oh and the sheets! Awesome sheets!

I've had the purple mattress for about a month and a half. I thought it was uncomfortable at first, but stuck with it based on the information that came with it saying it might take some time to adjust. Over the last week I've started waking up with back pain, which I've never experienced before. My activity tracker data shows that I slept better on my old bed, on two different hotel beds during recent trips, and on my couch.

So its been months since we first got this Bed and I was impressed at the way the bed felt and most of all the coolness of the bed. I think I made have made a mistake. I purchased a top for the mattress thinking it would make it somehow better but I am missing the coolness of the bed. So if someone buys a Purple bed and then think about getting a top/cover for the mattress thinking it will make it better. Think again. Other than that I am happy with the bed. Not so much the seat cover. Its to tall and when I put it on any chair it adds inches to the height when you are sitting on it. Maybe a Purple RUG. Anyways those are my thoughts so far. Hope this may help someone.

We love our purple mattress! There is a faint odor at first but it goes away quickly. Month one three and four have been fabulous. Month two was a bit rough--the bones in my lower back had to get used to actually being supported. As my muscles finally relaxed, the bones shifted and I did have pain for about four weeks. Totally worth it for the wonderful three months and counting that have been full of great sleep! This mattress is superior to any other we have tried. Thanks Purple!

This mattress is amazing! Originally the purple 3 was my favorite, but I ended up getting this one because it was with in my budget and I don't regret it one bit! I feel the amount of support it gives my body as a stomach, side, and back sleeper! It's a must have!

My partner and I are middle aged, and we both have old back injuries and bone fractures from auto and moto accidents. Our new Purple mattress is more than comfortable and provides us with relaxing sleep. The pillows are amazing and cozy as well. We are very pleased with our Purple mattress and grateful for a good night's sleep at last. We do plan to buy more Purple sheets and products. Thank you so much.
