We bought a tempurpedic mattress a couple of years ago and were redecorating our room so we purchased the purple mattress (Original) as part of our redecorating process and moved the tempurpedic mattress into the guest room. I knew we had been sleeping better on the purple mattress and were both feeling well rested and pain free when we got up, but had no idea how much better until the other night. I had to sleep in the guest room one night this week due to illness of my partner and had the worse night trying to sleep. I woke up several times during the night and just was not comfortable at all. Thank you guys for the best sleep ever.

I haven't been sleeping on the Purple mattress long enough yet to give a complete review. So far, I can say, I'm not impressed but not dissatisfied either. Since getting this mattress I wake up hot and sweaty. I've recently purchased a bamboo mattress protector in hopes that'll help. I'm also currently looking into bamboo sheets as well. I suffer from back pain, this mattress doesn't seem to add to my pain but I still wake up sore. This mattress is a bit firmer than I expected. Purple offered a free seat cushion when I purchased this mattress. I do like the seat cushion. Now they're offering free sheets, wish I would've waited a week to order. The sheets are labeled as "breathable" which might've helped the heat issue I'm having. I didn't have this heat issue with my previous foam mattress and I had the same sheets and pad on it. In time I'm hoping to be completely satisfied with this mattress.

I was very nervous about buying a matters in a box but I did it. I got the king size matress, protective cover, 2 pillows (only received 1) and the sheets. The sheets are extremely soft and stretchy. The bed and pillow is so comfy. I have had an ACDF and I have herniated disc in my lumbar. When I sleep on my purple bed I do not have any aches and pains and pressure points. It's like I am sleeping on a cloud. I love it and so does my husband. We sleep cool and comfy and I wake up in a better mood because I am not in pain! You must by the Purple Bed!

It's a big improvement over what I had. I felt like I was sleeping in a whole with my memory foam mattress. But the purple mattress is different. Good support. I'm still adjusting but in a good way. It's like sleeping in away from home .But I have no complaints.

Most nights are fantastic but every now and then its uncomfortable to fall asleep. Also hard to sit up in and if you have a bed frame that has horizontal support bars you can feel them slightly through the mattress. Overall I'd say worth the expensive expense for the one reason that it by far trumps my old spring mattress.

This was my third mattress purchase in 18 months. I've been dealing with some back pain for the past year or so. We were hoping this would help. However, my experience has been that this mattess feels a lot like the last two - still too firm. We will get a mattress topper to see if that helps. One other comment. It wasn't clear to me that it would take 4 weeks to receive the mattress when I ordered it. I'm a patient person, so I took it in stride. However, this isn't a customized product so the time from order to delivery in SLC seems excessive.

I purchased this for my mother in law and she loves it. I read tons of reviews about it taking forever to ship, and was pleasantly surprised as we were on a right deadline and I figured I was going to end up canceling the order if it didn't ship within the estimated 3-5 days. There were so many complaints about that so I had a backup option ready, but wanted to try to get her her preferred Purple mattress if I could. It shipped on time and arrived just when we needed it!!

My wife and I are blown away with the comfort of this mattress. It's different for sure, and took a night or two to get used to, but now that we're used to it I can't imagine ever going back. What we didn't expect was also how QUIET it is! Without the creaky springs the mattress is completely silent. All in all we're totally happy with our purchase!

I enjoy the mattress overall but I still sleep a bit hot on it which i wasn't expecting based on some other reviews. I sleep on my back and sometimes my side, it gets warm either way. I have read reviews also that this was not the best for side sleepers and other that mentions trying to walk on it a few mins a day to soften it up. I will keep trying it for a while longer and see if i dont update this review.
