Poor quality

I was sent these raspberries, the shipping was fast, but the package arrived with two dead sticks inside, I requested a return and replace. The replacement arrived very quickly however it was in prep condition one viable plant with roots, the other completely dried out. I went to request a complete refund, I was prompted that it was nonrefundable. Waste of money.

Only buy if they're in the store, not shipped.

I ordered a pair of these for my husband. He was really looking forward to planting them. FedEx delivered them around 4pm, and it's really hot out. Both plants were dead on arrival! Absolutely no green to them at all, just a couple of dark brown branches.

Didn’t sprout

I bought these, but there is some strawberries, buried all dormant roots. The strawberries surprisingly almost all sprouted. The blackberries already have blossoms on them. These never got a bud.

DON’T buy these! I followed the directions and they never even started to grow! I gave them two months and still nothing!

First order came with one dead stick. replacement order also came with one dead stick. Now I have to try to get another replacement or just refund altogether. Disappointing.
