would have loved to know how much i was being charged up front and not at the end of the return, having a kid changes you being able to do it for free and no where does it explain that is going to happen until later on into filing your taxes.

My wife and I have used TurboTax for many years. It is reliable and easy to navigate. When I have questions, I can click on a topic and receive an explanation.

Some of the guidance is confusing and it seems to route you through the same steps multiple times. Also, the free filing option is deceiving as most tax situations don't qualify. Overall, got the job done but needs some improvement.

I am very upset about the pricing!! It started out free then went to 88.00. I had no idea how much it was until after I gave my CC info!! Very miss leading!!!

Charging $95 to file taxes is ridiculous you should just do it all for me at this point, also charging extra to just take it out of your refund is just stupid. Lower your prices and don’t be greedy

i shouldn't have to pay to file my taxes. its a federal requirement. Website itself is designed to rick you into paying for more services and giving them personal information.

Overall, the software is fairly easy to use. Accuracy is good. The questions were easy to answer. No overly technical jargon or confusing instructions.
