I have been using Turbo Tax since 2018. It never disappoints, only I don't like is that now they are charging, the amount isn't to bad, but still I don't like that. Keep it free.

Preparing income tax returns is never fun and--without help--is very difficult. While TurboTax did not make the process fun, it certainly made it easy--and FAST.

I did my own so it would be free like advertised. Only to get thru it I racked up $128 dollars in fees. Might now have minded the fees if I knew what they were up front. Poor custormer treatment will not use next year.

Pretty easy a slight confusion on pin ID online. Other than that te online chat feature quick responses. Never an issue with estimated return to actual amount. h
