A good helper with filing. But I was forced to upgrade to the Deluxe in order finalize filing my taxes and had to pay $40 something for it. Kind of ridiculous especially since a lot of us are struggling and can use everything we can get

I prefer the TurboTax on disk but, I now have a laptop that does not have a disk reader/player. I wish the online version allowed me to print state taxes without charging me for the state tax filing. That was always a plus on the disk version.

You charge too much money, you literally take a majority of my income just to file! You charged me hundreds of dollars just to leave me pennies. I'm never using this service again!

Program is easy to use. Done in less than an hour. Only issue I had was the ridiculous $40 fee you charge to have the payment taken out of your return. Thats a little ridiculous, I just paid up front. Easy program to use otherwise

This is my first year filing with the on line version, rather than the desktop. I really missed being able to see the forms during the process. It made me feel less confident.

I like the app only reason I’m giving 3 out of 5 is because there is a lot of information and it interferes with the purpose of submitting a tax form form easy and simple

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2018. It never disappoints, only I don't like is that now they are charging, the amount isn't to bad, but still I don't like that. Keep it free.

I enjoyed using the do-it-yourself software; it was very easy to do and understand. If needed, the help was always available. Great online tax service.

Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. Cost is low. I appreciate how they guide you through each step and have help pop outs throughout. It's so easy a caveman can do it! ;) LOL
