It was my 1st time filling my taxes with TurboTax, but it was so easy to do. everything was well explained to a point that I could fully understand the process.

Quick ~ since they save or locate your info from the previous year. Easy-going ~ smooth process they assist you step by step. I have used them for over 5 yrs now & plan to continue.

Great! My Turbo Tax experience was Quick and Easy as usual. I've been using turbo tax for over 10 years. I Highly Recommend it if you're doing your taxes by yourself.

Still the most fool-proof way to file taxes for someone who does not know taxes at all. But it has absolutely lost it's affordability. 90$ just to file basic W2s and other common tax forms. I will be looking for other options next filing season.

TrboTax is incredibly convenient for me because it simplifies the entire filing proces into a series of straightforward questions. Its especially helpful how it handles the heavy lifting of data entry for me.

It was overall a pretty great experience I'm very informative sometimes they don't have as many options as far as answers to questions but and their customer service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them each year

When entering my dependents college information it was difficult to understand what I was entering wrong and what was missing, there was no additional information.

I had issues with a tax form but the support I received via phone was excellent - I was unable to complete a survey to my disappointment because I want the agent to get credit for her wonderful customer service.

TurbuTax falsely promoting free services . So not true I end up paying also 150.00 in fees could of my tax done without the headache. First and last time
