Lowest refund of my life. i worked one month last year and am receiving a refund of the same amount bur i worked an entire year and receiving the same refund amount. How can this be possible. I will not be back to turbo tax next year

For a layperson not used to doing their own taxes, I feel that the guidance needs some adjusting toward that type of person. I feel it is too advanced for a person doing it on their first several times.

The app was incredibly easy to use and great to have support if needed without being too overwhelming. I really enjoy the accuracy checker as a main feature of the interface.

TurboTax makes doing taxes way easier than expected. The step-by-step questions are clear, the layout is simple, and it guides you through everything without feeling overwhelming. It saves time and takes a lot of the stress out of filing.

Not terrible except the constant spam and upselling for crap you don’t need. And they want permission to store numbers and information for resale? And more upselling after that.

filed taxes by myself and i was still charged not only for federal but for state taxes as well! and they are on the same w-2 form. dang it turbo tax even if its corporate greed this is ridiculous

Turbo tax came out the blue with a charge that was never there they promote free filing but it’s not free they charged me $50 then tried to charge me another $40 to pay it with my federal returns, what a complete jok
