Taxes came back with an issue as there was an issue with insurance form. Nota big deal besides my filing went from free to costing me over $200 and I had to make the fixes myself. Not a good program. Won’t be using again.

GOOD PRODUCT! I wish I could get advice for free especially since i am paying anyways. Like an option if you have less then three simple questions it is included in your fees.

I do not appreciate turbo tax asking for my hard-earned money after every portion of filing. This would not be a problem if turbo tax was not advertised as free. Having to pay for some of the "features' makes this not free.

If you get charged once you should be able to have the charge go towards any other upgrades that you might need to pay for. It's bad enough that it's really not a free service unless you have a basic return.

Expensive. Was expecting more out of my refund just to see the insane fee Turbo charges, meanwhile all the filing was done by myself, but thanks! I guess.

TurboTax is easy to use, accurate, and offers whatever support you may need when/if you need it. I appreciate that you can upload documents straight to the platform. It makes it easier!

file free is not free when you charge 49 then 69 for support pick one fie free and charge for support. its so misleading. only reason why i go with turbo tax is the guidance. if i find another with same but cheaper i will jump ship next year.

made it really difficult trying to use form 5695. So much so that after having my return rejected 3 times i gave up and just didnt take the deduction. ended up paying in instead of getting 400 back.

Ive been using Turbo Tax for many years. 2026 was quicker and easier than ever before. I believe everyone who is capable should try. Saves time and money and you are responsible for your own info which instead of some random tax preparer.
