Turbo Tax is the best

One of the best Tax Filing experiences i have ever had is when i started filling with Turbo Tax, have done it for 3 yrs now and will never go back to a big chain preparer again

Fantastic Service

Super easy to use for the average person, and while the fees seem a little steep, try going to a CPA instead and see what they charge versus what they get you versus Turbotax. Fantastic service, 10/10 would recommend.

This is an Endorsement

I mean, I've been using this website since 2018 to file my taxes. It's fairly easy and does its job. I enjoy how easy it is to use and here are more characters to fill this box. Enjoy. Use TurboTax, folks. This is an endorsement!

A little confusing

It's a little confusing first off i thought turbo tax was supposed to be free yet I payed $128.00 and then it will tell me everything looks good but my return keeps getting kicked back

Sneaky add-ons!

At the end of filing, TurboTax adds optional products like MAX Benefits that I did not select and makes them difficult to remove. This feels misleading and unnecessarily stressful when you're just trying to file your taxes.

Drivers license issue

Everything went smooth until it asked for the ID# on my drivers license. It would not accept my number, it kept telling me the first three digits must be added. There aren’t any more digits. I see others were having the same issues

Makes filing easy and removes filing insecurities

straight forward "taxes for dummies" :) it takes a lot of the stress with filing away knowing that i haven't missed anything and i love the explanations. I have learned a lot and that's also been helpful.

Always use TurboTax

TurboTax is easy to use, accurate, and offers whatever support you may need when/if you need it. I appreciate that you can upload documents straight to the platform. It makes it easier!

never free.....scam

its a great product easy to use only complaint is that its not free that part is a scam and i dont think i should do all the work and still have to pay to pricy

I do trust Turbo Tax

My experience with TurboTax has always been good. I struggle with different sections based on pin and things that I have to have so other than that I like TurboTax I feel like I get the maximum refund and I’m comfortable with it.
