Alot of hidden fees. Looks like you do your taxes and they have all the discounts to complete your return then all of a sudden, its 145 dollars to file. Unless you get one of credit karma accounts.

It was easy and fast to use. Especially being a return user it made it so fast and simple to reuse all of the info without having to reenter and figure out what does and doesn't need to apply

TurboTax helps with explaining the tax deductions to you. I have not spoken with a live person but heard from friends and family that the live person goes more in deep with the deductions.

Old format was easier to use. It seemed like a shakedown to et us to purchase a sped-up process to get our return. Saying NO THANKS once should be sufficient. Too much going back over and over again to review items.

Too confusing for somebody who is dumb all I wanted was the basics and then I got charged 128 when I wanted the smaller version but that's okay I'll pay it this time but not next year you lost a customer

I always have and will use TurboTax! Returns are simple! With their step by step guidance and check points along the way, you can be sure your return is accurate and you are getting every credit or deduction that applies to you!

It's really annoying being continuously circled back to the state income tax and being asked for other state info such as employer state ID in box 15 when all of this does not apply to states that do not have a state income tax.

first time user, very helpful. Only suggestion would be to be able to see completed tax forms along the way more easily, and I was suprised to see the fee for direct deposit at the end

The fees are ridiculous. There has never been a fee to have a direct deposit nor an additional fee just to file. It's unethical and just money grabbing greed. Absolutely disgusting.
