TurbuTax falsely promoting free services . So not true I end up paying also 150.00 in fees could of my tax done without the headache. First and last time

I am very frustrated at the fees you have started to charge. For many years I was 100% satisfied and happy with TurboTax until you started charging fees for things that you hadn't previously charged for.

Bait and switch. Offer free filing for my situation and then insist I must file using a paid product, when i was perfectly capable of filing a free form on Irs.gov last year.

Makes my tax time fast and easy, though there could be better explanations when dealing with the HSA section. It was more confusing than explaining a DMA controller.

This software is garbage and and was glitchy. It was 80$ and frequently got stuck. It did not save my information correctly, and I had to submit my taxes twice because the IRS caught the error. Wil never use this again. Waste of my time.

The software is very easy to use and provides cler and concise guidance to do your taxes. The only dislike was the constant pressure to upsale the product.
