I had a great experience but got hung up on one question that i wish Turbotax could have assisted me with as i changed my filing status from last year. Overall, I love the simplicity of it and the many options when it comes help. thanks!

My tax forms are simple & turbotax Has made it easier/faster to fie. However, be sure read carefully over the agreements as they can occasionally be unclear

So just because i had won a gift card that i had to claim as income, i could no longer get the free edition. Cost me 93.00 because of it. Ridiculous. I don't see how that makes me have to pay more.

Expensive. Was expecting more out of my refund just to see the insane fee Turbo charges, meanwhile all the filing was done by myself, but thanks! I guess.

Easy and fast. I am allergic to accounting and math type chores! I am able to file in an hour, both federal and Ohio. I did my taxes while waiting for my fur baby at the veterinary hospital! PaperFree, PaperFree at last!!!

It is helpful as it guides you through all of the steps. It is also nice because there are options to ask questions or click on things if you do not understand or need more information.

As always, it's easy to file with Turbo Tax. I'm sure I got an accurate refund. What was awesome this year was that I could upload my W2 from my phone while I was doing my taxes on my computer. Took about 40 minutes to do my taxes this year.

I think that this turbo stuff is pretty cool. Although im not happy im being force to put 35 characters. I will continue to banter out meaningless babble.
