To be completely honest with you.... I was a little disappointed with it Because Turbo Tax Received, more than 1\2 of my refund!!!!! I will not use it next year... every year I've Filed...they take MORE & MORE.... As a tax payer, and Citizen of United States complete disappointment.

Intuit spends Millions of Dollars annually to ensure we have to use their products to file our taxes. Every other developed nation sends its citizens an itemized, pre-filled tax form which they can alter as needed. Instead, we have to shuffle through piles of documents and make uneducated guesses then PAY A CORPORATION just to file our taxes. It's a scam at best and a racket at worst. Intuit should be absorbed by the IRS and dismantled.

I use TurboTax every year and it is always a simple and intuitive tool for filing my taxes. Any time I did not understand something that may or may not apply to me, the Learn More or help button provided ample information and answers to questions I had. I've recommended it to peers many times because of how easy and useful it has been.

I have been using turbo tax for more than 5 years and every year it makes it easy and simple and helps me make sure I am not making any mistakes and just incase we both missed something has audit protection for an added sense of security. Turbo tax for me makes tax season a lot less stressful!

The program walks you through each step in a very easy to follow process until it comes to a number of very annoying and potentially compromising questions about whether you want to share your information with INTUIT (hard to opt out but you can), defaults to save your credit card, bank, and ID information (you can opt out but you have to pay attention or it defaults to yes), and even providing Drivers License numbers that really isn't needed but you don't figure this out until you have already entered it. In this day when the entire planet is worried that the internet is collecting and storing our personal info that could be compromised easily, I would like to see TurboTax become a better partner with their customers and not play this horrible game of data mining.

Love the user-friendly/easy-to-use platform and that you can always be assured of receiving your maximum refund due to the step-by-step process of filing one's income tax return!!! :-) | The only undesirable part is the $40.00 processing fee to e-file. Why??

I've been using TurboTax for several years now to prepare and submit my personal and business income tax returns. They make it extremely easy to do your own taxes and save that exorbitant amount your CPA or other financial advisor would love to charge you! Thank You, TurboTax!

The 1099-B "Needs review" section was infuriating. I had over 1000 transactions and about 8 needed review. They were grouped in sets of 200. But within each section I was presented about 20 transactions and had to manually scroll through to find the ones marked "needs review". If it was there, click to the next set of 20. Also, there is a "trashcan" delete icon to the right of each one that was sometimes cut off from view (Chrome). There was no way to search the transactions; I had to scroll and look manually. Paper would have been easier. Also, the transactions in question turned out to be mis-categorized.

I was good but a little disappointed. Turbo tax didn't step me to my business deductions. I had to search for them and also my quarterly tax payments for the last yea. I thought Turbo Tax would automatically bring them up since I had them on my tax return last year.

The process of completing my tax return was great! Very easy to follow and complete. The only thing that bothered me was all the items I had to decline to prevent my info from being shared for marketing/etc. purposes when I went to file. I wish TurboTax would get rid of that. Just wanted to file my taxes, not get signed up for other stuff I don't want/need.
