Highly recommend combing through all of your options on deductions/credits. I have always had straightforward taxes, but this was the first year I had a couple variables, so I really took my time trying to look at every relevant topic... and why not, even some irrelevant topics, because I like to learn, haha. The information was so easy to understand and navigate, whether it pertained to me, or whether I qualified for a benefit. I am beyond delighted at what I expect to get back, and am so, so, so grateful for this service! Thank you, TurboTax!

Up selling cost me additional time last year and this year. The uploads /imports are difficult to accomplish. I have been with this company for decades, but i will maintain my records better this year in order to easily shop for a much simpler format. No hard feeling just too expensive for the hassle....

I did not engage with anyone, but on multiple occasions, my forms were not properly and completely uploaded by TT. It was VERY difficult to figure out what was/wasn't uploaded. I ended up having to delete HUGE portions of my uploads and redo them to get them to transfer complete and properly.

Been Doing my taxes for 20 years on TurboTax. It always saves my information over the years and it’s the easiest platform and it gets better every year. All of my documents get automatically transferred in with my information and it takes me less than a three hour afternoon to do my taxes. It’s so simple.

Tried using phone but cumbersome. Lots of having to get out and find documents and trying to get back in. Waste of time. Switched to pad and had better results but still cumbersome. Somethings I needed to do were not available using the phone. Overall I’ve used this product for many years.

The software is good for basic taxes but if you make a mistake it's nearly impossible to delete a form and restart making a process that should take 1-2 hours take even longer. I looked at help forums for my specific issues and the responses were vague and could not find the areas they mentioned. The company is quite predatory making it difficult to opt out of payment extras and mailing in the tax forms.

This is my 3rd I've finalized my state taxes and turbo tax is having me do it again. I haven't received any notifications saying why or what happened and it'll would be been convenient to know so i can finish the process and not have to worried. Now i am worried your system will fail again. You can't even ensure me and now i have no faith in turbo tax i feel like the system faulty and i most likely won't be using this service again.

Everything costs $$. It starts at $0. Sell any stocks? Too complicated - upgrade to $89. But that doesn't include state! Total $140. Want it taken out of your refund? That'll be $40. Want it direct deposited? That'll be another $25. I'm just furious, but I've spent an hour on this, so I've paid money I could not afford to pay. NEVER AGAIN!

Works easy and covers everything I need - Retirement Income from Annuities, PA PSERS Pension, SS and working - covers all the things I need. The only issue this year was that the program kept cycling at the STATE return after I looked back a a couple of things on the Federal Return. But I figured it out and did the return in the expected amount of time

Everything was super confusing this year and I was very disappointed in the fact that you basically force me to file my state taxes with you by taking the amount I owed to state taxes out of my federal tax refund and then tell me that the IRS will take the amount out of my checking account. it is very dishonest.
