So far, so good. I think it's doing its job but, that is not a trigger you'd want to squeeze going around the perimeter of a home over 1000 sq ft. Maybe it's comfortable to spray around an apartment but, I definitely got finger fatigue after a minute. It would be awesome if the sprayer released the product similar to the dawn power wash sprayer.
