It works, I believe. I picked this up as the winter was ending to try to keep the spring insects from making their debut in my home. So far, so good. I think it's doing its job but, that is not a trigger you'd want to squeeze going around the perimeter of a home over 1000 sq ft. Maybe it's comfortable to spray around an apartment but, I definitely got finger fatigue after a minute. It would be awesome if the sprayer released the product similar to the dawn power wash sprayer.

Product doesn't work it says it kills and keeps killing but only kills in direct “shower” the bug.

This product is pure garbage, really a scam, this does not kill any insect, nor ants, nor flies, nor even cockroaches, nor does it.
