Very pleased with my new outdoor kitchen! The quality of everything is on par with what you would find with a Napoleon or Mont Alpi setup. A couple key things to take in consideration: - delivery is drop and go. 5 HUGE boxes on pallets. Plan for this in advance. - assembly is a pain. If you are offered a professional setup option, TAKE IT! It took me 6 hours for assembly clean up and I do installs for a living Overall for the value of what you’re getting here at the cost, I’d definitely buy it again! Hope this helps someone. I took a chance and purchased hoping for the best with no real reviews anywhere and I’m glad I did!

So sleek. Love everything about it. 10/10

1. I moved and assembled ALL the components by myself so it can be done. Should you? If there is no other way, yes. It took me about 9 hours to get it done while not rushing and taking breaks. If you are doing it by yourself, The driver will likely drop it on your driveway so have a hand truck/dolly to move each box to it's proper location. Some of the boxes have pieces of plywood inside so if you need to lighten the load, open the boxes and take the plywood out. My dolly worked for every single box wihhout getting stuck in the grass. 2. Sam's: The refrigerator came dented becuase a forklift smacked into it. Sam's Chat representatives were A.W.F.U.L. They gave me an answer and would then recant. Told me to go outside and open the box and remove the refrigerator to take more photos. Then, told me nope we are not doing what we said we would do. I have the entire chat documented right to the point where the agent disconnected the chat because I would not accept what he was offering. I spent over 2 hours back and forth on Chat. Then I started calling Customer Service. It took OVER 4 hours before I was finally able to speak with a "supervisor" who was willing to do what the reps said they would do and retracted. Each time I Chatted or called I had to tell the story over even though they had the notes right in front of them. A supervisor sent me an email and it included ALLthe Chat history. Each interaction was a new set of requirments or just NO. Never have I experienced anything like this. 3. Thor: All assembly instructions are easy to follow with the exception of the griddle. I also believe the screws were incorrectly stated in the instructions. 34 screws do not fit in Step 1. If you are trying to assemble the griddle, and the instrucions are confusing, just use the screws that fit and consult ChatGPT. It helped me get it done. Also, make sure that you attach the power supply BEFORE you have the rest of the cabinet together. I missed that step and had to completely reassemble. Finally, you will put together several cabinets in this kit. The griddle cabinet is NOT assembled the same, and if you try you will get frustrated and do it wrong. 4. I ordered this kit because it came with Thor appliances and Thor understood their assignment. The appliances are the main sellers in this kitchen. The quality of the steel cabinets and countertops is what you would get at any big box store. The appliances on the other hand is solid. The refrigerator, griddle, and grill are well-made and meet my expectations of Thor products. I already own their pizza oven and would buy it again and again. The two-drawer refrigerator is soft-closing and absolutely perfect. This kitchen is worth $3999 or $3299 if you catch a "Savings" deal. Having everything coordinate and getting high quality appliances is worth the price. Just know you will have to assemble every piece of the cabinets. The appliances will sit on top when you are done with the cabinets.
